so Maria made a terrible music cd thanks to CM Punk breaking up with her? wow, Punk can really inspire people. I hope Beth doesn't turn out like this. I don't know why it's so unintentionally hilarious.
Mickie James is just terrible though, I'm not surprised she's lost a lot money on this "music".
so far these options are so terrible they make Jeff Hardy singing remotely tolerable.
However, I'm still a fan of Macho Man's rap cd. "Be A Man" is a classic!

Well, whoever wrote this can go straight to hell. Hardcore Country, Another Me, and Be A Man are all good to great songs.
I haven't listened to MVP's but did they really call him unemployed? He's been wrestling in Japan for a while, now.

While it didn't work and thus in hindsight looks ludicrous, Hogan's gamble on Brooke wasn't that out there all things considered.
If she'd been really good, or at least more marketable besides being the Hulkster's daughter, that mighta worked out.

The thing is, Mickie isn't actually an awful singer. I saw her sing live and she was fine. Not amazing, but not terrible either. She just picks songs that do her no favors whatsoever.

Mickie wasn't that bad and why even mention Macho Man? He was bad either. Maria's song was hard to decipher but her singing was pretty decent.

Maria and Mickie are tied for the worst, in terms of ill-advised career moves. They just became two more ex-divas that thought they were a lot more popular and famous than they actually were. Now Mickie is slumming it out in the minors, and Maria is hosting some internet radio show.
Mickie is an awful singer, btw. The whole "Hardcore Country" thing is pure white trash, and has killed off the last appeal she might have had as a wrestling character.

I only withstand 3 seconds of Jeff Hardy's singing before pausing it and not pushing play again. It was that bad.
I am surprised that John Cena wasn't mentioned. I don't have a problem with him as a rapper, in fact, I own his album. I am just surprised that he wasn't mentioned.

Didn't WWE pay for his album? Maybe that's why? None of his money went into it.

Oh man, I forgot how awful Peroxwhy?gen is. Just...hilariously shitty.
Maria is a decent enough singer, but "Are You With Me?" is a really, really stupid song.
Macho Man being on there is a travesty, though. Be A Man is an album for the ages.

Didn't WWE pay for his album? Maybe that's why? None of his money went into it. Well, with Cena, there was nothing really ill-advised about it. The production from Jake One and 7L, features from Bumpy Knuckles and Esoteric and John's actual skill made it a critical success, and given how well it sold it turned a great profit.

I know you guys love you some Macho Man and all, but deciding to put out a rap album was one of the most ridiculous things I've ever seen. I guess it's good if you're being ironic or something but...no...just no...

How did Hogan's own 'music' career not get listed?

Did you know a lot of the Japanese Dragongate guys have their own CDs?
I've heard one song...and...they should all just stick to wrestling.

Long story short: Not everyone can be Chris Jericho. Love Jericho, can't stand Fozzy. The little bit of Maria's album that I've heard was decent. Mickie is terrible no matter how you slice it. Macho Man's album will forever remain in my collection.

Macho Man's album will forever remain in my collection. Well I like Fozzy. Then again, I like limpbizkit and Creed too. *shrug* Kinda surprised Lita's Luchagors didn't show up on this list, and I dunno if that's a good thing or a bad thing. Either they were good enough to stay off the list, or they're so underground that only Lita fans seem to know they exist. I hope it's not the latter.

Amazed we've gotten this far in the thread without mentioning Jerry Lawler's "music" career....
