Seriously, this stuff is ridiculous - it's like ice cream in a can. I don't have it too often because I don't want it to lose its specialness, so to speak, but man, oh man - it's practically dessert in a can! Out of all the different cream sodas I've tried, Mug remains my favorite. So, cream soda - yay or nay?

I'd rather shower at Penn State than drink cream soda.

It all depends on the type of cream soda.
Cheap stuff out of a can = Nay
Most glass bottle cream soda= Oh hell yeah.
Cream soda has a bad rep because of all the shit brands out there.

Good for a sip or two. Then it becomes way too sweet. I think the same of Dr. Pepper for that matter

There's a chain of stores in this region called Meijer that makes their own generic soda, and most of it is not very good but somehow their cream soda is insanely great. It might be the best I've ever had, even compared to expensive brands like Virgil's.

In Canada:
Cream Soda is pink.
In America:
It's brown.
I once put an American cream soda in front of a Canadian who ordered it and didn't know better, and she almost threw up thinking it had gone bad and was sludge.
I love a good American cream soda on a hot summer day.

In Canada: Cream Soda is pink. In America: It's brown. In Thailand: It's neon green! Got a can a while back from a Thai supermarket near here, possibly the sweetest & most chemically I have ever had. They also had a bunch of other flavours, like Grape, some form of berry, and another that was blue, tasted odd & didn't have a translation on.

I've seen red and pink creme soda in the States. In fact, another regional grocery chain with their own generic pop called Kroger sells a red creme soda.

Since they stopped selling Vanilla Coke here I've resorted to making my own by mixing Coke and Cream Soda, so yeah I'm extremely grateful it exists.
