In order to join WWE: FAN Edition, all you have to do is post in the thread saying you would like to join and saying which character(s) you would like to select. You can select two people per brand, but you don't NEED to select two from each brand. If there isn't anyone you like on either roster, you're allowed to call someone up from The New NXT(provided they aren't already here). You just need to OK it with the General Manager of the show you want them on.

Rules:

Voting

All matches will be decided by votes. Only people on the WWE roster may vote in matches. You do not need to have a character on the show that is being held on that particular day. When you vote, you must state that the person/team you are voting for is hitting a certain move on the opposition.

Number of votes to win depends on the match. The GM/owner will set the number of votes to win each match before the match begins. The GMs/owner can also "call" a match if it is going on much longer than expected. If a match is called, the superstar/team with the most votes will win. Some matches may be more complex, but they will be explained before it takes place.

The “Tag-Rule”

You are allowed two tag-ruled characters PER TAKEN CHARACTER. If you're tag-ruling someone, that means they're either a tag team partner or a manager. They're not a singles wrestler who hangs out with you main guy every once and a while.

I'll be a little more lenient when it comes to Divas, since it's a separate division and only a handful of the roster is taken. But there's no leniency with the male roster. If he's tag-ruled, he's one of three things: a partner, a manager, or a bodyguard. If he wrestles singles, it's part of the taken's angle.

If you have a character tag-ruled, but you think they should be the taken, you may switch them outside of a trade period. But, this will work the same way as those trade periods. One switch PER TRADE PERIOD.

Swap Periods

After every PPV, there will be a five day period where you allowed to drop one of your characters for a new one.

The exception to this is the Trade Window that opens after the Draft. This one lasts for seven days and you may switch as many of your characters as you wish.

Releases/Injuries

If someone is released in real life, they're gone here, unless they're taken or tag-ruled. The person who has them can keep them if they wish or they can drop them and take someone new.

If a wrestler or Diva in the game suffers a serious injury in real life, such as those to Tazz, Stone Cold Steve Austin, Arn Anderson, Ricky Steamboat, and now, Edge, they will be considered off-limits for being picked as a full-time character. In addition, if they are taken, they must be dropped within one month of the announcement.

However, under special circumstances(which must be approved by both the GM and myself), consideration may be taken to allow a one-off match appearance, within reason.

Inactivity

If someone has been inactive for a long period of time(usually a month, though we occasionally make exceptions, if for example, you won't have computer access for a period of time), then they're removed from the roster and anyone they had is free to be taken once again.

If for some reason you should end up losing your account here and are in the process of creating a new account, please post on the sub-forum that you're doing so. Otherwise, you risk being cut from the game.

Roleplays/Promos

Roleplays are allowed to take place during Raw, Smackdown, PPV, midweek on "wwe.com", during internet shows, in internet columns, etc.

If you want to have your promo or roleplay take place during the show, you can send it to whoever is running that show and they'll post it.
