I'm not a fan of this band's music at all, but I have to admit, this was funny.

You don't have to like their music, but ICP will forever be two hilarious dudes.
After I got over my "ICP phase" in high school I still watched their road videos because they're hysterical.
Their wrestling commentary is also golden.

Their wrestling commentary is also golden. This. As I said before, it's their fanbase that gives them mostly a bad name. Otherwise, I've heard tons of stories on how funny and likable they actually are. Add the fact that I heard that as wrestling bookers, they're two of the best around in actually making sure you get paid and are comfortable. Which is just surreal to even think about.

They just seem like cool, down to earth guys - guys that you'd like to hang out with. ![:D](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/grin.png)

Violent J is also a brilliant marketing guy. They both "get it".
I'm the first to admit most of their music is terrible (doesn't help their production sounds incredibly low budget) but they really don't deserve all the shit they get and I think (hope) people are starting to turn a corner and see them for whom they really are.
When I was young I was captivated by their whole gimmick, the cult following and their showmanship. Now that I'm older I can appreciate them as smart business men, not musicians.
They do what they do and they've made it work for 20+ years, they have to be doing something right.

I don't like their music or the majority of their fanbase, but they seem like OK guys to me.

Honestly, I would've been surprised if that wasn't the case, seeing as how they're not only huge wrestling fans who have actually performed, but aren't relying on running shows as their main source of income so they can afford to be a little more 'lavish.'

It's amazing how cool these guys are outside of making music. I used to be big-time into them (not to the point of being a juggalo, but y'know) and even still always thought they were kinda dickish. Nice to know I was wrong about that.
