That's probably the biggest thing Triple H ever did for the business; he established the WHC very well. In my eyes, it was THE belt from 2002-2005, even if the WWE title was held by better people during the same period.

Bryan's reign was more memorable than Kane's.
And does anyone remember what Cena did when he had the WHC? I don't.

Won it at Survivor Series 08 defended it against Jericho at Armageddon, JBL at the Rumble and then lost it at No Way Out. Won it at Mania 25, lost it at Backlash. So nothing major really.

I guess if they did a top 24, it would be best from worst.
Jack Swagger is at the very bottom of that list for me. Hell, Big Show and Dolph Ziggler held it for like, less then 10 minutes altogether, but they still compete with top guys on a regular basis. I've said it before, but I would consider Jack Swagger to be the worst World Champion in WWE history. When it comes to wrestling history, he maybe up there with the Colorado Kid, NWA Champion.

Beat Jericho for the title in his first match back from injury, thought it a good idea to try and put Big Show on top of Edge and AA them both but screwed it up and was thrown threw a spotlight to lose it. That said, the majority of his run was focused on Edge and Big Show trying to bone Vickie.

Jack Swagger successfully defended his World Championship against Edge, Jericho, Orton, and Big Show. And he's one of the few guys to beat Orton clean. Even though it was a pretty forgettable reign, in kayfabe that was far from the worst Heavyweight run in WWE history. Especially when you consider Ziggler was literally handed the belt, then proceeded to lose it 10 minutes latter effortlessly to Edge, then get fired from Smackdown shortly after.

I can't argue with that.
There is one thing I'd change though, I'd have Edge, Batista, and Taker all tied for number 2. Just because I loved their feud in 2007-2008 for the belt. Those 3 made it worth more than the WWE Title, with the exception of the couple of months Edge and Taker were both out, and Batista had to feud with Khali (although the Punjabi Prison Match was pretty entertaining).

Even though I'm a fan of his and on this occasion the award is deserved I'm really getting tired of WWEs campaign to get Triple H thought of as a Hogan, Austin, Rock equal.
If it isn't there it isn't there.

I'd probably switch Edge and Batista around but other than that, I didn't have any major problems with the list.
