Only time I use ALL CAPS is to signify shouting when writing dialogue, which isn't the correct thing to do either, but if I'm just trying to emphasize something, I'll use italics.

Yeah I do it sometimes only when I feel that italics isn't enough emphasis.

No, I never do this. If italics isn't available I just use the single quotation marks 'like this.'

Yep. I admit it gets annoying, but it still doesn't irritate me as much as people who type "like" as an interjection.

I do it in my articles for movie names cause it pops out more when reading.

I used to, but now I put the emphasized word in between asterisks.
Example: Try me, I *dare* you.
