They've certainly had her go too far in the crazy direction. I mean for the most part she doesn't bother me. If anything the constant whining in the RAW threads by a select few when she's on the screen annoys me more than anything she does. That being said the Vickie segment pissed me off to no end. "Hahaha you can't touch me so have a few slaps". Anyone else would have fired Vickie on the spot, or at least banned her from appearing on or at RAW.
But then I just want Vickie off my screen full stop. I'm sure she's a sweetheart, but she's only a secure job because her husband tragically died.
Then again RAW rarely holds logic. I mean look at Otunga. He will be pursuing legal action against Sheamus, even though Ricardo threw himself in the way.

Initially, yes, but anybody who thinks she is still there on that distinction is just plain wrong. If she was dead weight they'd no doubt find her a job off-screen, but very few people on the roster get as much heat from the crowd as Vickie; she continues to be used on merit.

Vickie 'gets heat' because she consistently does the same thing over and over again and that's scream and yell "EXCUSE ME!" Of course people are gonna boo her.
She's been doing the exact same thing for years.

AJ's been really underwhelming as GM. I was hoping she'd add a new dimension to the show, but she's mostly been used as a generic GM, just taking up way too much time. Crazy AJ would've been a good authority figure to start with, so hopefully they're working their way back to that, so she can be making off-the-wall crazy decisions. Could not agree more. She went from this really interesting character to a boring one once she got the job. They should have kept her being the crazy woman or something but her run as gm has been about as bland as it gets.

Her character is massively hated and massively over with live crowds. People love to hate her.

It makes no sense to have a GM if the "board of directors" are constantly cited as a higher authority. WWE may as well have the board book the shows and dispense having a GM at all.

If that was all it takes to get a character hated, every heel in the WWE would be over.

She's been doing the exact same thing for years. If it isn't broke, don't fix it. As for AJ, I still like her. She's a better actor than most of the Divas, although that's not saying a whole lot. Plus she's cute to boot. However, while I didn't mind when she first became GM (skipping aside), it's getting pretty stale now, as they're just recycling the same shit over and over. Not to mention the way and lack of reason for getting the GM job doesn't make a lick of sense. I say just push the big red button on GM AJ Lee and let her go back to crazy AJ that competes in matches.

I for one am kind of interesting in the direction they're going with this, as long as it's not a repeat of the "No confidence" angle with HHH last year. It may end up tuning into crap, but I'll wait to see before harshly judging it.

The worst side effect of CM Punk's "pipebomb" promo has to be the constant attention and focus on who's running the show. Its not just the Vince to HHH to Johnny to AJ in the span of a year, but the constant matches on PPVs and RAWs over control. HHH vs Punk, Team Johnny vs Team Teddy, Cena vs Johnny, and Cena vs Show all with stips on jobs. AJ vs Vickie is likely to be similar. Like I've always said, if there's one thing WWE thinks wrestling fans love, it's guys in suits arguing about corporate structure.
