Honestly, I feel like I'm 8 years old again playing it through. Superb online too. And the addition of Stan Bush - 'The Touch' is the cherry on the top.

So what you're saying is that if I enjoyed War for Cybertron, I'll love Fall of Cybertron? If so, I may just buy it.
Hopefully it's a little longer than WfC was. While great, it was kinda short.

enlighten me...i know nothing about this game.. Fall of Cybertron is the sequel to War for Cybertron. The current Transformers cartoon series, Transformers Prime, is a continuation of the story of these games. Essentially these games are prequels to the cartoon, as the cartoon takes place on Earth, but these, obviously, take place before the Transformers make it to Earth. They are third-person shooters and you can do the whole transforming stuff. During the course of the story you take control over several Transformers, both Autobots and Decepticons. I haven't played the full versions of either game, but I played the demo for Fall of Cybertron and I had a blast playing it(due in part because I spent about a hour or so playing multiplayer in the demo with fellow poster Friskey......and he constantly owned me, though I did have him dead to rights a few times, before my teammates stole my kill).

I think that was the original idea but then the show went off and did its own thing instead.

I just think it's a prequel to G1 It is more a re-imagining of the origin of G1.

Isn't it just a mix and match up of all the various iterations related to G1?
Bit of the old cartoon, bit of the UK comics, bit of the IDW series'

Or rather the show is supposed to be the sequel to the games, I guess is the better way to say it, as the show came after War for Cybertron.
