He doesn't seem to be on the WWE roster, nor is he on the NXT roster page. I haven't been watching NXT lately, so has he been wrestling there? Has he been wrestling anywhere?

His profile is on WWE.com, but it's hidden in the NXT section (along with Derrick Bateman's I think). I can't remember the last time I saw him though. I'm sad they didn't get to run with the time-travelling/split personality angle before NXT changed to it's current incarnation.
I'd still like to see glasses wearing Percy Watson teamed up with Brodus Clay.
