WWE never needed 3 hour Raws. All they need to do is keep Smackdown people on Smackdown and make the Raw shows about the Raw roster. For example, there's no reason to tune into Smackdown if you want to keep up with feuds, because every feud on Smackdown gets TV time on Raw, and they're not going to advance the storylines in any major way on Smackdown that they don't already do on Raw.
Yet the Raw midcarders and the Women's division used to get tons of TV time years ago, what's changed? Aside from the Smackdown involvement, main eventers get way too much TV time now. They're half the show in a 2-hour format and it burns everything out.

Honestly, the formula of the show NEEDS to change. They need to force viewing trends to change. People tune in at the start, middle, and end. They won't bother with anything inbetween because they know the WWE puts "garbage" on then.

Yeah, because Santino was really bringing in the ratings when he was champion. I didn't say give him the title, I said give it to someone that people actually know exists.

I found it weird AJ/Vickie GAINED viewers. AJ's segments usually gain viewers (especially in the teenage boys demographic). That's why she's been getting such a push.
