He's the king of battle royals. He won the smackdown guest host one and the US title number one contender one. That's 2 battle royals!
So by that token he has all the skills needed to win the biggest battle royal of all. How else are we going to get our guaranteed Ryder/Ziggler match at WM29 if Ziggler's gonna be the heavyweight champ?

I'm all for this. Would make a good feel good moment, and could potentially be the first time in a few years someone actually wins the Rumble, actually headlines Mania and then wins their first world title.

Wait Ryder starts with R, which also is the first letter of both Royal Rumble.
Woo Woo Woo starts with W and so does Wrestlemania. He has won 3 battle royals and he says Woo 3 times. Its meant to be bro!
In all seriousness I would be fine with this and would make a great feel good moment. Plus Ryder vs Ziggler for the WHT would be excellent. Don't think it will happen

That... Would actually be fantastic, and not affect the booking of the WWE title match at Mania.
Punk loses the title to Rock, Ziggler cashes in on Sheamus, and Ryder wins the Rumble.
At Elimination Chamber, Ziggler defends in the SD chamber match and Cena wins the Raw chamber match for the WWE title match at Mania.
Ryder vs. Ziggler opens Mania, Cena vs. Rock II closes the show.

Ryder will enter number one, eliminate all 28 guys by himself, then Sheamus comes in at number 30, brogue kicks his head off, wins the rumble again and unifies the titles at wrestlemania by beating the rock clean. Sounds about right.
