He is meant to be quite a videogamer, yeah.
The bicep injury in 2002 was a bad one, and I seem to remember him also getting a nasty toxic shock situation off a cut in a cage match in 2001, when him and Taker were tag champs against DDP & Kanyon.
Apart from that, he's managed to keep his injuries manageable. The odd break has been to refresh the character as much as give him a little recuperation time. I think it was Lance Storm that once said Kane was one of the smartest workers around. It's not just about what you do in there but how you do it and how you take care of yourself outside the ring as well.
He also seems to have improved his shape over the last year or so particularly, since the comeback with the new mask. He's lost most of the spare tyre he was starting to get and has improved his cardio too, to judge from the way he's been able to keep up with guys like Punk and Bryan in longer matches than the norm without running out of gas.
He's meant to be a follower of DDP's yoga system, and it seems to have helped as well.

I've been a massive Kane fan since 1998 and it kind of feels weird. He's been my "link" to WWE for such a long time. Literally every other name from the Attitude Era has ceased performing full time, but Kane is there, every week, going to strong. He's kept me interested in the product during the down times. Now, I'm thrilled to see what Daniel Bryan and CM Punk are up to, and watch every week again. But Kane's the guy that kept me following, even if I wasn't watching every week.
I've been involved in exactly one pro wrestling main event. It was a gimmick match with IWA Mid South. I won a raffle to be a lumberjack. On the undercard were matches featuring Brian Danielson and CM Punk. It absolutely blows my mind that one of those guys has held the WWE Championship for nearly a YEAR and the other is the tag team championS with my favorite wrestler of all time.
I don't know how he keeps going. But thanks to Kane, I'm pretty sure there are fewer than 6 degrees of separation between me and Kevin Bacon.

It's weird, he looks far better NOW than he did five years ago. Compare him in 2006.. Still OK, but with a bit of hang on him, and then see him now.. Dude just keeps going, and is arguably the most over he's ever been. Amazing.

The image of Kane doing yoga and playing video games in his full costume is hilarious.

The image of Kane doing yoga ]and playing video games in his full costume is hilarious. What got me was Kane sitting at a desk going over healthcare plans and HMOs during open enrollment. With The Devil.
