First off, this is me praising Kane, not bashing him.
How does the guy keep going? He's 45 years old, wrestles a regular schedule and is still fairly mobile. Touch wood he can keep going for as long as wants to. He's also still in decent shape.
Other Attitude era stars such as Undertaker, HBK and even HHH are all pretty much done now they have reached their early 40's but Kane keeps rolling on, still putting on pretty much the same quality of match he has always done. He was never the best wrestler, but for a big guy he is still tremendous. I think I may have been one of the few people who enjoyed his bout (and victory!) over Orton at Wrestlemania this year.
Kane has always been entertaining to me, paticulary in the sillier stuff he does and long may he continue.

He's wrestled nearly nonstop and somehow has never been injured as well

I don't think he's ever used steroids, which probably helps.

He's also taken his fair share of breaks through out the years, allowing opportunities to refresh his body and reexamine his character.

He's one of the few guys, and Jeff Jarrett is another, that honestly seems and moves like a younger man than they are because they've never really been seriously injured. I can't remember a significant period of time where Kane had to go away due to injury in recent memory.

They do give him occasion break and plus most of matches lately don't go on for too to long so he will have less wear and tear then someone like Cena who usually wrestles those long matches.

Kane has always been entertaining to me, paticulary in the sillier stuff he does and long may he continue. I think he does have to do with taking breaks when needed it. Undertaker could been the same way but he wouldn't do it unless he was hurt. Taker would go until something stopped him. The recent years when he was acting full time. He came back early because he was needed so bad. Best example was when Jeff Hardy left. Smackdown lost a top face and needed someone to face Punk. Taker had hip surgery and it was reported he came back early from it. So he went away again after Mania. Taker then comes back to feud with Kane. Where out went the shoulder. Which again he came back early for WM. There was questions if he could do WM or not. Which why this year he looked better because he for once healed. BUt with all the comeback early stuff he did. I think lead to him being so weak now. Taker had some bad luck as well. His shoulder and bicep tear while champion when he faced Batista. Kane yeah had minor knee injuries where the last I recall. Outside of that and the biecp in 02. That all I recall him having since he became Kane.

I feel like the Big Man style actually helps Kane out a lot too. I feel like he bumps less on a whole than a lot of guys do, but it's part of his character so it doesn't ever really seem like he's playing it overtly safe in the ring.

From something I heard a long time ago, he's very knowledgeable when it comes to managing injuries, and he's someone a lot of the younger guys will go to for advice on it.

Yeah, a mix between frequent breaks and a style that isn't as demanding on him as others.

He at least had a torn pec or bicep at one point. When they had the NWO take him out, and take his mask.
He later returned with the half mask.

He's also ridiculously strong. Lesnar was asked in an interview who the strongest person on the roster was and he said that he couldn't even move Kane's arm during arm wrestling.

It's a testament to the shape he keeps himself in. Especially for a big guy. How many of those have we seen over the years have their bodies betray them after just a handful of years? Khali comes to mind immediately.

Wasn't he one of the first guys to live the "playing video games instead of partying" lifestyle that's so popular these days?
