I changed the channel, and didn't change back.
I can't stand Sheamus, and everything about that was awful. REY MYSTERIO O'SULLIVAN HA HA HA. BROGUE KICK HAHAHA.
I used to think Cena's humor was bad, but wow. Big Show has been rather boring lately, but holy f*** at this point I really hope he wins. That's what that segment did. It made Big Show look better.

You know, I was really interested coming into that segment to see if Sheamus could drop the wannabe wiseass persona and actually be serious, putting over what a match against a veteran like Big Show would mean. The minute I heard the words "45 seconds", I guess I got my answer.

Look at all the people on these boards typing "Let's go Sheamus!"
He should never talk.

That was beyond awful. I'd love to know how they came up with such a terrible idea.

Am I the only one who got really angry when Sheamus made a fat joke towards Big Show?
I mean, be a star anyone? I know that WWE completely don't give a f*** about it, but he's supposed to be the new Cena, and he's making fat jokes.
That and the "ARSSSE" jokes and that stupid smile of his used to cover up the fact that he's got zero charisma just makes me want to watch something else.

That was beyond awful. I'd love to know how they came up with such a terrible idea. They most likely did it because of the presidental debate happening on Wednesday, which is why they kept saying that "Obama & Romney should take notes."

Well...I guess at least this time,Vince has actually kept up with something in the present time.

Am I a bad person if I want Sheamus to leave my TV screen and never ever come back?

So boring and pointless. This is supposed to build heat for Hell in Cell? The match that used to be a barabaric feud ender that took years off careers?

You can say what you want to about Big Show and his horrible yo-yo, face/heel/face/heel etc... ad nauseum booking, his inability to keep himself in shape and so on, but he's always been great at improv. He's a funny, witty, intelligent dude. Sheamus, on the other hand, seems to be a lot more comfortable when things stay close to the script. His thick Irish accent doesn't help his delivery either. I couldn't help but wonder during the segment if creative KNEW what they were setting Sheamus up for, and if this was some kind of test to see just how comfortable he would be with a live mic and loose script (compared to backstage segments). Eventually, you have to either sink or swim. For my money, Sheamus sunk like a stone in the sea. He damn near completely lost the crowd. It was like one of those painfully unfunny SNL sketches that they know is bombing within the first couple of lines, but they roll with it anyway because by that point, they have no choice. Sometimes, there's just no salvaging the entertainment factor of a segment, so you just gotta get to the point and get the damn thing over with. Take away Show's funny one-liners in that segment and it's a total waste. Sheamus looked like a total dummy. The SNL comparison is apt. It's a really awkward feeling when the babyface cracks awful jokes and gets not even a peep of laughter. Sheamus's thought process was so heelish, ripping on Show for losing to Bryan in 45 seconds, while he beat Bryan in 18 seconds. Show just seemed like a sane person "there were extenuating circumstances, everyone knows that".

They are hell-bent on making Sheamus the next John Cena, complete with half the crowd booing him. Sheamus is just so unlikable now. It really is amazing. I thought Cena's attempts at comedy were awful, but he seems like Richard Pryor compared to Sheamus. Sheamus as this big, "lovable" oaf just doesn't work for him. At least Cena was really over with the crowd until he got moved to RAW. I still don't understand what happened then and there. People started booing Sheamus the night he won the World Heavyweight Championship. And he really hasn't helped matters with his lack of improv skills and bad (even borderline racist) accents. He's like Krusty the Clown doing TV dinner jokes and "Me So Solly!" as humor. I can't believe that heel Big Show is actually the option to root for. And I wanna see him kick Sheamus's ass, even if it means Dolph Ziggler will go back to being the shortest-reigning WHC.

Show saved it from being the worst segment of the year.
