I have to go with...Saturday Morning Slam.
The gimmick of it is too damn lovable.

Probably Vintage Collection, last week featured Judy Bagwell on a pole match and a few months ago we had Masahiro Chono vs The Great Muta, that variety keeps it interesting despite the odd bad episode.
Most importantly it allows me to see all the great WCW stuff I missed at the time as well as the odd hidden WWE gem (if anybody has the link to the Piper vs Mr Perfect match they featured please post it).

Raw is now the only wrestling show I watch. Nothing important happens on the other shows nowadays. Smackdown is now just a two hour ECW in that nothing actually changes from week to week and all the important stuff happens on Raw.

I only watch Raw, to be honest. I watch for the important storyline advancements. I watch the PPVs for good wrestling, and, to be fair, the standard of wrestling on WWE PPVs has been pretty great all year. That's enough for me, so I don't feel the need to watch anything else.
So I suppose Raw will always be my default favourite regardless of how bad it can sometimes get.

For all the terrible stuff that happens within the course of three hours, Raw is the one show I can invest my time into week after week.
(Though part of those three hours usually involves snarky commentary on these very forums and on Twitter.)

Superstars and NXT are the shows to watch right now. For anyone who wants to witness good wrestling in WWE, those two never fail to deliver. Cesaro vs Gabriel, this week, was great for the time it got.
RAW is must-see because that's where most storylines are pushed and the added hour means a few surprises each week in terms of which undercard guys might pop up from week to week.
Smackdown is... the worst. It doesn't have to be. It could be the show, like in 2009, where the tag division and the divas flourish. As it is, as a mini-RAW with nothing worth mentioning ever going on anymore, its sucked in the last few months.

RAW, being honest. It gets slated for the 3-hour move, but I've found there's generally, at least, 2 decent matches with stars I care about. Sure, it may've come about solely to kill some time, but I doubt we would've gotten the likes of Sheamus v Sandow, Ziggler vs Miz vs Jericho, Tensai vs Sheamus et al in the 2-hour era, or if we did, they'd have been significantly compressed to accommodate a squash.
RAW also holds the distinction of being the one WWE show with any graspable sense of consequence, be it for better or for worse. The only time Smackdown really gets a look-in is if there's a thread left over from RAW that can be milked, without infringing too much on what they've got planned for the Monday broadcast. Considering RAW needs to bring in filler so often, Smackdown's chances don't come along too often.
Actually, looking at the quality of Sheamus' matches during the 3-hour era, has there even been a performer who works at such a high-standard, at such consistency, yet is critically dismissed due to the broadness and faults of his character? Admittedly, the portion of the audience that do so aren't really WWE's aim, but still, food for my thoughts, I suppose.

For me, there's only one can't miss show in the WWE at the moment and that's NXT.
(Vintage collection is also fun but I haven't seen it in ages)

Raw. Raw feels long now, but Smackdown is insufferable as of late without a DVR - and it's only 2 hours. Haven't watched Superstars since they got dropped from WGN, stopped watching NXT mid-Season 4 (I know it's way different now), Saturday Morning Slam is what it is, and Main Event is pretty good.
So, with what I watch:
1) Raw 2) Main Event 3) Smackdown 4) SMS
