Ok, Pig Destroyer's new album "Book Burner" comes out soon and is pretty much the main music release I've been looking forward to all year. Today, it's been put up for streaming. On NPR.com. (Language warning) This blows my mind.

(Language warning) This blows my mind. That is strange. Who would have thought that NPR would stream Grindcore at any point in time? Well, good for Scott Hull and the rest of Pig Destroyer. I'll give it a listen.

Yeah, this is definitely weird. I honestly thought this would end up being a joke thread or something. I'm happy for the band and can't wait to hear the album.

In preparation of listening to the new album, I'm re-listening to Agoraphobic Nosebleed's Agorapoclaypse ( know, not Pig Destroyer, but it's still a Scott Hull band). I forgot just how insane and crunchy the riffs were on this album.

I'm just sad I have to wait until Christmas to get this album. I hope it has a bunch of creepy unnerving spoken word passages like Phantom Limb did. for some reason I love that stuff.
