A spin-off, non-canon crossover comic between Saw and Batman. Doesn't it contain a chance for awesomeness?
Batman trying to stop Jigsaw's 'mission' and perhaps end up in his own task (Perhaps shadowing the Part IV challenge if you recall).
I could imagine the Joker walking into a hideout cackling in glee and holding the eye he had to pop out to live to go along with the reverse bear trap.
Two Face flipping his coin to decide whether or not to cut his foot off.
Random Goons trying to kill each other for a key.
Riddler in some ridiculous puzzle trap, getting more and more irritated.
Robin in a trap. "Holy Ice Blocks Placed to Crush My Skull, Batman!"
Sorry...I'm sleep deprived...but I still think it would be neat.

After playing Arkham City and dealing with The Riddler... yeah it worked pretty damn well there.

I could see it but I don't think it'd be nearly as gory as some of the movies were.
A more toned down yet still gory Jigsaw vs Batman? I'd still read it.

I'd rather Batman not shoehorn into everything.
And SAW movies suck.

The only guy who actually would go to that sort of extreme in the batman universe is probably Zsasz and he isn't that bright, so no I'd pass.
(Joker is too flamboyant and centre of attention and Riddler is about the puzzle not the result.)

It already happened, kinda. The main Riddler challenges in Batman: Arkham City were very much partially inspired by Jigsaw.
