HOUSTON – A 27-year-old Houston man is facing charges after investigators say he assaulted a woman and kicked her 1-year-old son in the mouth.
Ralph Price is charged with injury to a child.
According to court documents, Price went to the woman’s apartment on July 7, 2012, and asked if she could watch his kids.
The woman told deputies that Price, whom she knew as her roommate’s boyfriend, needed to leave so he could sell drugs.
When the woman told him she couldn’t watch his kids, she said Price became enraged. She said he pushed her into a wall, head-butted her, stomped on her foot and kicked her baby in the mouth.
The child suffered a cut to his lip and chin.
Charges were filed that same day.
