I liked this vest alternate that the Indians wore for about five years. It's better than the boring cream-colored 1950's throwbacks. I feel the same about Seattle's '90s vests Unfortunately, based on blogger's opinions and the lack of good pictures online, it looks like I'm in the minority

The 80s-90s NY Giants uniform (with the logo and all). They should bring them back as their alternate uniform in the future.

The 80s-90s NY Giants uniform (with the logo and all). They should bring them back as their alternate uniform in the future. yeah, both the Jets and the Giants had awesome Unis when I started watching(early 90s), and I'd love to see both teams bring them back, either entirely or in an "updated" sense like what the Jays did this year.

The greatest uniform in Kings' history and one of the best of the past 25 years. It's a nice reminder of our Purple and Gold days in the Forum, Triple Crown Line, etc. I wish Kings management would make this our permanent 3rd jersey. Reminds me of better days as a Niners fan.

I miss the early 90s Suns Jersey of the Charles Barkley era. It wasn't even an alternate uniform in the NBA2K games I had. I also miss the Cartoon Rocket Rockets Jersey. That also wasn't in the game.

I think it's stupid that the NY Giants have a LOWER-CASE 'NY' on their helmets...instead of the imposing, giant-like 'GIANTS' that their old helmets had

The lower-case NY is their old school logo. I love the "GIANTS" on the side of the helmet from the 80's and 90's, but that lower case NY is more traditional.

I liked the Kings' purple and gold, but I preferred the one with a purple chest and gold sleeves from the mid-80s (I always liked Bob Janecyk's 1985-86 Topps card because of the combination of his pose and the jersey).

Wore these in the 96 championship season. So typically 90s, and that's not a bad thing...that's a good thing! Someone else mentioned these, so I thought I would post them adorning "The Horse" Dan Issel. Seriously...why weren't you good, Mavericks? I like the Thunder and all, but I miss the green and gold! Dear Atlanta: PLEASE go back to this! Ditto. Screw the Titans.

Prior to this year, my answer would've been the Blue Jays' old uniforms, but they've brought them back (with slight differences), so it's all good. I guess my answer would have to be the classic Milwaukee Brewers caps and jerseys as a permanent stay, instead of the Retro Friday thing they do:

It's a nice reminder of our Purple and Gold days in the Forum, Triple Crown Line, etc. I wish Kings management would make this our permanent 3rd jersey. Damn I've actually never seen that jersey before but man I love it. They should definitely bring that bad boy out for a 3rd jersey.

They wear them for Kings Legends nights throughout the season:

The logo, while clever, is very '80s, and the uniforms are the epitome of 'generic'. What they're wearing now is definitely, far and away, their best look ever.
