See, that reaction indicates how profitable a sequel would be.
They don't even need to find other cartoons for Roger to interact with, just bringing back the franchise's original characters guarantees at least $60 million domestic right there.

Though it would be kinda funny if they did Roger in current times, just to see how he interacts with "visiting cartoons" (if they can get the rights to anime characters, that is). But most talk I've heard was not of a sequel, but a prequel.

Awesome! Haven't seen the whole thing and was waiting until a blu ray would come out.
Judging by the fact it's 25th anniversary, we won't see this until next year though.
