Star Wars Episode 1: The Phantom Menace came out on May 19th as well. Coincidence? I think not.
But seriously, my roommates are watching The People vs George Lucas and when that fact popped up, I had to bite my tongue to prevent laughing so as not to look like a crazy person. The same thing happened when my sister announced her wedding was going to be on May 19th.

Suddenly, all of Kane's rage makes sense.

I can see Vinny Ru booking the May 19th storyline with the swerve being that Kane was a huge Star Wars fan growing up and "Phantom Menace" broke his heart so much that the day of May 19th itself is cursed for him forever.

WWE Did You Know
See No Evil was the most successful movie ever to be released on May 19th.

Kane was a hidden 3rd Sith Lord the whole time. He was the true Phantom Menace.
