Raw 10/22/12: The Big Hungry Games

Raw hits live in the Isod Center, East Rutherford New Jersey, and with one week before Hell in a Cell, things are heating up before we make it to the demonic structure.

CM Punk now knows his fate at Hell in the Cell will be against the undefeated Ryback. Punk's complaints about respect won't save him from the hungry challenger. Will these two come to blows tonight?

We have a new Intercontinental champion in Kofi Kingston. But the former champ Miz looks to get a rematch. Can Kofi hold on to his title before heading into the cell?

The world tag team title tournament finals will be under way. Two undefeated tag teams square off in Team Rhodes Scholars, and Team MysteriCara. Which team will face Team Hell No at Hell in a Cell?

Last Friday on Smackdown, Teddy Long discovered some interesting info on Eve's iPad that may answer who attacked Kaitlyn. Will the culprit be found out, or is this an elaborate trap?

The alliance of Heath Slater, Jinder Mahal, and Drew McIntryre introduced the WWE Universe to their new name, the 3MB. What antics will this trio be up to tonight? And can they continue their winning ways?

Sheamus and Big Show have had a collision course feud as of late. However, Sheamus has yet to take out the giant. Can the world champ get some much needed advantage before this Sunday?

Team Hell No continue to bicker, yet also continue to win. Will they continue this good luck streak tonight? Or will they be taken off guard by the new #1 contenders for the tag titles?

Randy Orton and Alberto Del Rio's feud continues. Will the aristocrat and the viper have one more Raw confrontation before Hell in a Cell?

All this, and Cena with nothing to do, tonight on Raw.

Be prepared for the most half-arsed go-home show of all time. I can't say that I blame them, it's like airing Raw on the night of the first live television interview with an alien.

I hope to make it through the whole episode this week as i haven't done in a week or two, considering how late it finishers over here. These 3 hour Raw's are really starting to ware me down, I never used to fall asleep while watching during my whole time of being a fan.

All I ask for is a Dolph Ziggler vs Daniel Bryan match (makes sense considering Ziggler and Show vs Hell No happened recently) at least 20 to 25 minutes long, a decent segment for Miz/Kofi and an interesting angle/segment for Punk/Ryback leading to HITC. Team Rhodes Scholars getting the win (especially with Reys current condition). And if it isn't too much anything ANYTHING that will actually make me interested in Show/ Sheamus

The Big Hungry games would be great, AJ could get a group of jobbers together and tell them they have to survive the night without getting attacked by Ryback.

They would then split-up and hide throughout the arena and then all show they can keep going backstage to see Ryback taking out the likes of Heath Slater and Ricardo.

I'm excited about tonights Raw, final show before a fresh ppv match that the fans are really in to, be interesting to see the interaction between Punk and ryback hopefully some more backstage skits of Heyman reasoning with Punk, Team Friendship shennanigans plus a good New York crowd. I'm not looking forward to anything involving Del Rio, Orton, Sheamus, Big show but as always that can be fast forwarded.
