Watching Unforgiven 2008, I realised how fun this match was. Three in one night was overkill, but one a year would please me. It would be a good way to test guys in a Main Event setting, and would be really interesting with a champion like Punk.

Yes! I loved those matches and I think the concept is actually great.

Yes, but only if they streamlined the rules a bit. Start everyone in the ring at the same time for one, then just do it like an inverse hot potato, where the last pinfall/submission wins.

Hell yes, I really like the concept.
It was a Mike Adamle original too. What a visionary.

I can't believe they basically abandoned it. It's actually a great way to diversify a stagnant title scene, whichever title is up for grabs.

You know what I'd do - turn Survivor Series back to it's original concept, bar the WWE/World title matches, and at the next PPV , have all the survivors get a WWE/World title shot through a scramble match. That way it gives Survivor Series a little more prestige, by putting something on the line.

I thought it was a really cool and unique match type. So much so that I don't know why they didn't ever use it again considering their current hard on for all these gimmick shows.

I'm surprised they haven't had a Smackdown Scramble where Sheamus wins without ever losing the belt throughout the run time, just to put him over more.

No, it makes the first twenty minutes of the match largely pointless and there's too much laying down on the outside of the ring for no obvious reason (same with most multi-man matches these days).
And yes the same complaints can be made about iron man or two out three falls etc but the stories and wrestling is usually better in them, or about the rumble or elimination chamber but they offer more possibilities.
That said I wouldn't object to them being on Raw or Smackdown to add some variety, just not PPVs.

I still want to know why they announced one for a random SmackDown on Raw in 2009, then the next night just up and changed it to a fatal four-way.

That's six words, AiG. You forgot "The". Anyway, I love the concept of the match. The only issue is that it needs to be booked or at least played out a little better. I still remember how Jericho won the WHC, via Batista staring at him as he got the pinfall and time went out. Same with Hardy not breaking up the pin right before Triple H (I think) won the WWE Title match. Those are nitpicks though. I love the Scramble Matches and wanna see more of them.

These were pretty good. Not sure why they didn't start using it as another match type.
Also fun to be had with CURRENT WWE CHAMPION: *ridiculous person here*

Current WWE Champion... imagine the possibilities! Ryder, Hawkins, Jinder, Johnny Curtis, hell even Mason Ryan!
