Whomever up there who was disappointed in never seeing Vader vs. Sid. I saw them later at a WWF house show. All I remember about the match is they spent a long ass time yelling "Who's the man?" to each side of the ring trying to out-pop each other. I don't recall a thing about the actual match.

I saw Bubba the Love Sponge win a match against "The Texas Hangman" at a WWF house show in Tampa in 2002. Bubba is revered in Tampa, so he was very much over with that crowd. I watched Hulk Hogan's first WWF match since 1993 at that same show -- he beat Rikishi with the legdrop.
At another WWE show in Lakeland, Florida in mid-2002, Booker T and Goldust each did the Spinaroonie. I tried to get a picture of this from my last row seat. The only other memorable part of the show was a Ric Flair vs. Undertaker Undisputed Title match.

These are some of the bigger memories that pop out to me from house shows from when I was a kid:
NWA/WCW House show 1990 (I think) - I wasn't very privy to WCW/NWA when I was younger. But it was the first wrestling Show I went to. I don't remember who was really on the card, and the only names I recognized were Bam Bam Bigelow W/ Oliver Humperdink (who gave Bam Bam a fork to use in his singles match), and Rick Steiner (Who I knew of, because the Steiner's transcended wrestling at the time). The end of the show featured a battle royal for the battle royal belt, and it came down to Bam Bam & Rick Steiner (I believe Steiner won).
WWF June 1990 - Koko B Ware faced off against the Genius & pulled off his wig and started dancing around with Lanny's mop on his head during the match. (This was after the Barber had shaved Lanny).
WWF December 1990 - Bobby Heenan interviewed a sweater wearing Jake "The Snake" Roberts & gave him a Big Bossman Brawling Buddy. Hulk Hogan slammed Earthquake & won by DQ.
WWF June 1993 - "The Bodyguard" debuted in the corner of Shawn Michaels and assisted him in defeating Marty Jannetty for the Intercontinental title. WWF Champ Hulk Hogan & Brutus Beefcake defeated Money Inc in a Tag Title match - This was a weird finish. Sgt. Slaughter was the special guest referee and he was knocked out during the contest. Hogan Hulked up against Money Inc and either he or Brutus counted Hulk's pin. Hogan & Brutus celebrated with the belts in the ring. Then, Slaughter got up and declared them the winners, but changed it to a DQ win.

'Twas me, and this was when both men were arguably at their peak and people wanted to see who was truly the Man.
