Technically not a one-hit wonder as Dru Hill had several hits and "Got 2 Get It" was a minor hit in '99 as well.
In terms of turn-of-the-century butt songs, "Back That Azz Up" takes the buttcake for me.
And the best one hit wonder is Mark Morrison's "Return of the Mack."
