The first name that came to mind was Roddy Piper. WCW belt yeah...but not WWF.
Jake Roberts....seriously. How he never won a belt is beyond me.

The first name that came to mind was Roddy Piper. WCW belt yeah...but not WWF. Piper was never a World Champion anywhere, if that's what you're saying. In WCW he was US champion (twice if you count his NWA reign too) In WWF/E he has been an Intercontinental Champion and a Tag Team Champion with Ric Flair.

Thread title say never won any title, and Vader, Rude, Perfect, and Hall all won titles, the first 3 World titles. Rude and Vader were World champion in WCW and Perfect was a long running AWA World champion.

Serena should have been a Divas champion Yeah, that 8-month run on the main roster where she got fired for not sticking to her gimmick really should have earned her a title reign.... She was around but not getting to show what she can do in the ring. Plus kayfabe is dead, big deal if she didn't live the gimmick she was given.

I can't get why the British Bulldog never won the WWF Chamionship. During his '95/'96 feud with HBK he could've held it for a month or so to keep it interesting before dropping it back to him at King of the Ring 1996. The British Bulldog was an incredible heel during this period.
