He sold his butt off in his match with Daniel Bryan and actually took the Lebell Lock very well. We have to give him props for making DB look great against him.

He's actually pretty decent at selling, but size dictates he doesn't do much of it, most of the time.

He should've sold the Lebell Lock more after getting up. It came across as nothing more than an inconvienience when he didn't even rub his arm after breaking the hold despite the fact he acted like he had to resist tapping while he was in it.

He sold like a million bucks. I specifically remember him making D-Bry's missile dropkick look killer.
Funny how something that looks one-sided on paper has already turned out so entertaining.

This could easily be making Daniel Bryan look like crap, but it seems like everyone involved is making it work to the best of their ability.

I just didn't like how Show kept dropping for those kicks. I know he was already on his knees, to where D-Bryan could easily kick him in the shoulders and head, but Show was bumping for him like Heath Slater bumps for someone like Sheamus.

Show always sells kicks when he's on his knees like that. He did the same thing with Del Rio.

Sold his butt off? Given it's size, I hope it didn't go cheap

I think Show has experienced a career renaissance in recent years actually, maybe not in terms of success but as far as the quality of his work is concerned. He started getting really good while he was working with Paul Heyman during his WWECW title run, and then took it to yet another level when he was working with Jericho against Triple H and HBK. Now when I watch Big Show matches I notice a lot of really cool subtle things that he does, I think he's matured into quite an excellent wrestler to watch actually.

Well, he kinda has to if he wants to make Bryan's offense look good.

Is it safe to say that Show is kinds a reverse Andre in term of ring skills? Andre's deteriorated as time went on, while Show's seem to have improved.

I love big man vs little man matches when done right. Bryan's with Show and with Henry have been a lot of fun.

I agree wholeheartedly with the sentiment of this thread. Show and Henry have been fantastic, and I think it shows that even though from the outset this feud seemed like a ridiculous idea, having Bryan work with the two monsters has really brought out different aspects from all three. Of course, Bryan has benefited the most, since Show and Henry are selling really well for him, but that's how it should be at this point. He's the young guy that needs the rub.
I think Show and Henry are taking it upon themselves to "make" Bryan into a superstar. I know Show has said in the past that he enjoys "making" guys. And really, Show and Mark would in some ways be the best guys to do it. Basically, they have absolutely nothing to lose in terms of their "spot." Thus, they can sell like madmen to get Bryan over without any repercussions because as characters, they are etched in WWE lore regardless. A 7'0 and 450lb guy isn't going to walk through the door tomorrow, especially with charisma and steal Show's spotlight.
This feud has been mutually beneficial, as it has shown different sides from all three guys. It has shown a great character from Henry, it has shown some complexities to Show's character work, and although I wish Bryan wasn't turning heel, it has been done so in a pretty unique way. WWE always seems to treat Bryan so atypically (for better and worse) that it has kept us guessing, and really I can now definitely see Bryan waltzing into 'Mania, or at least making it past the Rumble. I predict at the Rumble it will be a triple threat match where at the end, Henry will eat a huge punch from Big Show, who will get chopblocked by Bryan, who goes to Henry and gives him one of those execution kicks and sneaks out with the win. Book it!
This is good television all around and I have to give credit to WWE for it.

I like this story line a lot! This story line proves how far superior the WWE product is. These same 3 wrestlers would have a pretty lame storyline if they were in TNA, that would either end up with someone being double crossed or joining a faction.
Instead what we see is a slow DB heel turn, where he is willing to do anything to keep the title.

I actually think Show's had a good run as of late Agreed. Unlike someone like Kane, Big Show has always been the kind of guy who picked and chose his losses. He was never unstoppable, but he won when it was needed for his character. Also, I've always preferred Show as a face, and his character as of recently is just too damn fun to dislike. And from what I've heard, Show really likes helping establish new guys. I actually wouldn't mind if he eventually got one last good run with the title.

I'm not suprised. I still remember him making Benoit look like a million bucks too.
