I would also like to add one more thing (which I forgot to put in my original post) and have in ring pyro make a return. You know the kind where Kevin Nash and old school Shawn Michaels would come out to, do their pose in ring and have the pyro light up right behind them...then again, they probably won't bring it back for fire safety reasons.

Bring back the Mean Gene - style backstage interview segments and give wrestlers more creative freedom with promos. Basically this and then I would make a much bitter hierarchy of talent so that lower midcard and midcard guys could get into proper feuds and get time to get noticed. I would also make sure there's ONE title for each division. Big Gold Belt for main eventers for which they can feud over. IC belt for which the midcarders can fued over. TV title for which the lower card guys can feud over. And one set of tag team titles for which the tag teams can feud over. That's about it. Oh, and competent announcers. One face, One heel, one straight forward play-by-play.

I don't think putting a funny hat on a jobber would make the squash more entertaining, honestly. Well, that would depend on the hat. But ya, I get that, I'm just a fan of squash matches for some reason. I want to see 2 or 3 straight minutes of offense from Trent Baretta and then I want to quickly move onto 2 or 3 straight minutes of offense from Yoshi Tatsu in another match. To get a real sense of everybody and what their character is, what they do in the ring. You can't have entire Monday Night Raw episodes like that, and I understand that it's a minority view and probably would be bad for business - it's just too far of a step back. Thinking on it some more... Deely boppers would definitely make it funner for a jobber to be squashed.
