This months WWE magazine had a special feature discussing the class of 2002 10 years later, highlighting some WWE stars that debuted that year. The stars covered were John Cena, Randy Orton, Rey Mysterio, Batista, and....Brock Lesnar. That caught my attention since Lesnar's been mentioned a lot around here recently, and I read his section. In the magazine they specifically mentioned that Lesnar was the youngest champion in WWE history, "a feat that has yet to be broken" (or something along those lines.)
I thought that was interesting. I know the WWE title and World Heavyweight Title are technically separate, but to my knowledge they usually name Orton as the youngest champion ever. I thought it was interesting that they specifically highlighted Lesnar as the youngest champion ever.
Is it part of Lesnar slowly being reintroduced into cannon, along with him being in WWE '12? Part of a campaign to entice him to come back?

I think you're right, I'm sure the WWE would LOVE Lesnar to come back in any capacity at all. It's going to be a tough sell though, Lesnar's made good money the last few years and I don't think it's even possible to spend that kind of money very quickly Northern Minnesota. If he gets bored and wants to do it, I guess it could happen.

I'm thinking the Diverticulitis took a big chunk out of him, as far as his ability goes. I'd love to see him come back, but I can't see it happening anytime soon.

2013 should be good BUT that doesn't mean he can't return this year in a non wrestling role until he's physically ready to wrestle ;-)
