I live in Canada, so currently the "top" coffee places are McDonalds aka McCafe... Starbucks, and Tim Hortons.
Where do you get your coffee from? Or do you just make your own at home??

Picked Dunkin and Make My Own as my main two, but I also get as much coffee from Quick Chek, a convenience store chain based in NJ. They have awesome coffee.
Also like getting coffee from Wawa and McDonalds.

With coffee being as high as it is now (crap, Maxwell House ON SALE can be $8.99 - it was just $5.99 a couple of years ago!), I'd sooner buy that and make my own.
Outside the house, I very rarely drink coffee, unless I'm on a trip somewhere away from home. Then I would either have McDonald's, Dunkin' Donuts or White Castle.

There's a Mid-Michigan chain called Biggby whose coffee I like (for years they were called Beaners until apparently someone finally tipped them off that it might not be the best name - true story). I like any place that has soy milk though (too much dairy gives me phlegm), so that includes Starbucks. When I was vacationing in Toronto there was a chain I fell in love with called Coffee Time. They were open 24 hours and always had fresh donuts and bagels.

I either brew my own or go to a local coffee joint. Chains are nice and all...but I approach coffee much the same way as I approach my culinary explorations, which is to say, I appreciate and support independents if they're putting out a quality product.

Most of the time I make my own at home. If I'm in a big hurry, I will stop by the 7-11 on the way out of the neighborhood.

I usually make it myself from this brand called "Northbound Coffee Roasters" or go to some local coffee shop.

I get enough coffee at work. My work used to provide Tim Hortons coffee... until we got a new CEO who didn't like the amount we were spending on coffee and switched to some generic shit brand. It doesn't help that the guy who gets in first makes a "double pot" so it's wayyy too strong for anyone's liking...

Starbucks is watery, overpriced f***ing garbage.
I usually make my own. I usually pick up whatever is on sale, but I prefer the darker the better. Lately that usually means Folger's Black Silk. Tend to dump it over ice and drink it that way, since it's been hovering around 90 for the last month and hot coffee is the last thing I want. Otherwise I just drink it black with a bit of cinnamon.
If I buy it out, I usually go for McDonald's due to a large being a dollar. Then smaller chains, like Intelligentsia. Then Dunkin Donuts. Then, if I absolutely have to and there are no other options, Starbucks.
I like straight up espresso, but I also like money so I don't usually buy it.

We have a Keurig, so I make a lot of my own, but other than that it's always Dunkin', it's always iced, and there's normally a pile of skim milk and caramel syrup in there.
