We all know with Cena, the more confident and cocky he is, the more likely it is he loses. He was a bit cocky before MITB against Punk, before Wrestlemania against the Rock and during the match, as well as Over the Limit against John Laurinitis. And he was mighty sure tonight that he's going to take that briefcase at TLC and successfully cash it in. Not to mention the last two weeks of pinning the guy, and pretty much ignoring Vickie's warning.
I know any Cena match has people here thinking he'll win no matter what, and thus are scared for Dolph and his briefcase, but it just seems like they're building to Cena getting got something serious.
Confident Cena is always a red flag. Not enough oddz this time.

We still have a week for Dolph to get the upperhand.

Well Kayfabe was Cena should be confident, Ziggler has yet to beat him in a match so Cena believes it will be simple for him to win the money in the bank contract.

Vickie and AJ will somehow get involved. AJ will take a bump through a table or something like that. Cena will forget the match to go help her while Dolph climbs the ladder and retrieves the briefcase.
There is no doubt in my mind that Cena is losing this match. He has a terrible PPV record this year and I think he'll continue it and they'll turn it into a storyline where he vows to come back stronger than ever in 2013 by winning the Royal Rumble and/or the WWE title.

Personally, I'd rather they take the thing off of Ziggler. Maybe Rock vs Cena if they do that at Wrestlemania could be a Unification match. Basically, they way they're booking Ziggler is killing that briefcase, just take it off it and be done with it.

AJ is the back sharpening her knife as we speak. Hope she got Primo to get her Jesus' number for pointers...

Related question, so is the remaining briefcase fair game for either title now? Or would Cena then be going after the WHC?

At this point, I'm convinced Cena doesn't have a hope in hell. To go on what mizerable said, unless Dolph gains the upper hand in such a convincing way that makes me think he's caught enough momentum for him to get cocky, he's probably on his way to "upsetting" Cena.
It's the odd battle of "don't let the grenade blow up in your hand". And oddly enough, by taking all these losses to Cena, Ziggler is dominating this thing.

Looks like Ziggler is the one with the odds to overcome here.
