Make him the Lou Pearlman or Tom Parker of 3MB with the DiBiase Posse Parties as the gigs he gets them.

I thought the Dibiase Posse was fine. Let him do it on a show people actually watch.

Ted's the kind of guy who would benefit from an international talent-trading agreement. Let him go work a year in Japan, or Mexico, and come back.

pair him with Michael McGillicutty or Bo Dallas as a face tag team. Show clips of Dibiase Posse events outside, have other wrestlers pop up and the heels be annoying until he runs them off. That's the best thing for him. Do that and let him wrestle, his ringwork will get the crowd behind him.

Ted's already spent some time in Japan, I don't think going back would do that much for him. I was saddened to hear DiBiase lost to Cesaro and that was it, I had envisioned them having a pretty good feud with building DiBiase up as a patriot, the guy that can get a USA chant going for every match, in turn hopefully getting Cesaro some legit foreigner heel heat.

I'd personally give up on him. He's average at best in the ring, and has absolutely no charisma. And while he's not the worst superstar on the roster, he's had more opportunities than almost any of the other lower card guys. I'd rather have WWE give the chance to someone else that's never got one, over another failed Ted DiBiase push.

Seriously, the FIRST thing they could do is get rid of his terrible theme song and give him "Nude Day Nude Generation We'll Never Wear Pants" back.

They should let him wrestle he's really good. They tried that. It didn't work.

Been saying this for a while, and I still stand by it:
Ted should be repackaged as a guy who just loves to be one of the guys backstage. He loves wrestling because he enjoys the sport. He loves his co-workers because they share his passion. He'll be generous, and passionate. He loans out money. A LOT of money. He'll buy things for his fellow wrestlers. Mention several times he's paid medical bills. New cars for him and his friends. He dresses nice, he has a gorgeous girlfriend, and he's stylish as hell. But he's always just a nice guy. Ted DiBiase has the Million Dollar Man's fortune, but none of his ethos: he's just a damn nice man.
Then Ted finds out he's broke. Slowly, things start to fall apart. His nice car breaks down. He can't afford nice clothes. His friends get hurt, but he can't pay for them to get medical attention, leaving him feeling alone in the locker room. Finally one day, Ted comes out and finds his flashy entrance has been downsized considerably. Frustrated, Ted snaps, and begins assaulting whoever he comes across. Slowly, Ted begins to become more like his father, desperate to do anything to get his fortune back, as the story focuses on Ted fighting to decide how much like his father he's become.
And that's what should be done with Ted DiBiase.

I'd rather have WWE give the chance to someone else that's never got one, over another failed Ted DiBiase push. This. As I've mentioned before, its a two-way street. Creatively, WWE has put him up with the best of the best in top-tier storylines. As JR likes to say, he hasn't "maximized his minutes". Not to mention how injury-prone he is. So why should WWE go to bat for him once again? There's a lot of hungry people in NXT waiting for an opportunity instead.

He's an avid hunter in real life, so they should give him a Ted Nugent-like character and have him feud with Daniel Bryan because Bryan's a vegan (atleast in kayfabe).

Make him the Lou Pearlman or Tom Parker of 3MB with the DiBiase Posse Parties as the gigs he gets them. This is absolutely brilliant. He would have to get fat though, but the idea of Fat Ted makes me laugh much harder than it should, so I think that's a good thing. OR I had this idea during his Hunico feud. Make Ted essentially the 2006 Jim Halpert of the WWE. Make him the one straight-man based in reality who, whenever something absurd happens in the WWE universe, he looks into the camera. Make him the guy who rationally tries to talk things out when tensions run high. I don't think something like a realistic fish out of water in the WWE has been done before.

Ted DiBiase actually has some charisma, he just isn't allowed to show it all that much. I say go back to the DiBiase Posse gimmick. It was picking up steam and was basically SmackDown's equivalent to the Ryder Revolution.
Show the DiBiase Posse parties on TV, use it as a backdrop for backstage segments. Use the tailgate parties to move other stories along, with Ted as the mediator between rivals, or as a temporary foil to the heels.

He takes a bump on the head and forgets which legend is his father. He denies it's Ted Sr.

I say give him a feud with Del Rio about who is more rich. Surely a simple audit of their assets would resolve that issue. Prepare yourself for some HLA: Hot Ledger Action.

Make him a face rich-guy philanthropist.
I'm convinced he has "it", but just hasn't figured out out to make the most of it yet.
