I can't stand the guy but Alberto Del Rio.
He has a great moveset, largely built around his finisher. Such a shame his awesome moveset is wasted on him because I just can't get interested in his matches at all. It's maybe once every 2 - 3 months I manage to sit through an entire Alberto match rather than just fast-forwarding through it. It's shocking how he takes a great moveset and a great finisher and still manages to be boring.

Randy Orton the guy just holds back most of the time. Kinda have to agree, here. You can't really tell with his TV matches, but when he's in matches that go over the usual ten minute mark, he can really throw down. Also, Daniel Bryan, but I would have said him regardless.

Moveset in terms of most moves or best move set?
I agree with Del Rio. His moveset is very closely related to his finisher and mostly makes sense.

Probably Daniel Bryan, if the WWE would actually let him to go all out. They've basically turned him into this pseudo muay thai striker, instead of the technical submission wrestler he's best known for.

Probably Bryan, but I'd like to give a shoutout to Tyson Kidd.

The Undertaker. He has The Tombstone, Chokeslam, Last Ride and Hell's Gate as finishers and plenty of other cool moves like old school, the suicide dive, running DDT and Guilottine legdrop. That isn't even everything.

That isn't even everything. To be fair, he can go all out in every match because he wrestles twice a year at most. And I'd have to go with Tyson Kidd, the man does a lot of everything.

Definitely Daniel Bryan, hands down. I like others like Cesaro and the highly underutiliized Tyson Kidd as well.
