I put a piece of paper on his back and did a rubbing of what's written on this toy.
It says 1986 H.G Toys. I looked it up and all I could find was a few pics of other characters that are for sale on Ebay. Some are calling them Baseball Freaks and others all calling them Baseball Weirdos. Either way I still can't find any info on this toy.

Oh, man. I had a couple of those and for the life of me can't remember what they're called. EDIT: They appear to have been called "Sports Freaks"

But then there's another dude on ebay who is selling those same 2 toys plus a catcher wearing the same uniform as my figure. and he calls them Sports weirdos. I found an H.G Toys website which has a few catalogs but none with my figure.
