El Generico sticks out as one for me. Aside from typical wrestling countries like the US, Canada and Japan El Generico has also wrestled in Germany, Russia, Peru, Chile and probably some more! Plus, in at least some of these countries he didn't just make a quick appearance, but was involved in major storylines and main events.

I'm surprised WWE doesn't go for El Generico, mostly due to money reasons.
WWE wants to make money.
El Generico is paid to go everywhere around the world, because people think he is worth money and will draw money.
WWE signs El Generico and makes money, because El Generico has shown he can make money.
So, simple logic dictates that WWE should sign El Generico. But then again, the same argument can be said for Colt Cabana. Instead of trying to create wrestlers to draw money, why not bring in wrestlers who already draw some money and try to draw even more money with them, because they already know how to make and draw money? It's not rocket science.

Bad News Allen was pretty well traveled. US, Canada, Japan, South Korea, Germany, India, Pakistan, Australia, Mexico, and Turkey just to name a few. Considering the bulk of this was done during the 80s, it always impressed me.

William Regal would have to be under consideration.
