sorry if this has been pointed out here before, but if it has i must have missed it.....
Palmer Cannon has been on Smackdown since August as a "representitive of the network" aka UPN. He is there basically to poke fun at UPN for their pulling of the Hassan charecter, moving them to "the death zone" of Friday nights, etc. And now more recently, bringing idiotic ideas to SD through the networks "new talent initiative" to what appears to be sabatoge the show, like the juniors and Boogeyman(ha, big backfire there network! ;D).
But the main thing i've noticed, and I think Tazz has pointed it out before, is his initials are "P.C." I always enjoy good shots at the network, especially the one who took Hassan from us!! But ive just never seen this mentioned before

Oh yeah. I dunno, that's not even funny by Dr. Heiny standards. (PC = politically correct, for those who don't get it.)
Though I would have thought that in Bush's America it is politically correct to bash muslims.

Yeah, he seems to have vanished. Since he's a trained wrestler I'm amazed they've kept him out of the ring for this long. Did I say amazed? I meant thankful, since his most likely opponent would be Theodore Long....

Agreed, keep the politics to a minimum guys, this thread could be fun or get flamy, let's keep it fun. As for Palmer, he's an indy guy, currently injured, or was when he started, and now he's in Deep South, and has gotten back in the ring a little.

sure, PC stands for Politically Correct, and Palmer Cannon's initials are P.C....... start laughing now!
Palmer was on SD last night, he came out and told us Mr Kennedy was hurt and brought out the Boogey Man to face Ray "Little Bam Bam" Gordy. He was also at Survivor Series in Teddy's corner

I do not think that the Boogeyman is politically correct, though. Poor use of character, WWE!

It's true, the juniors aren't exactly politically correct either. Then we have the Dicks. What's next, Palmer Cannon bringing out wrestlers in blackface?

That could be great in a Bamboozled kinda way. Put Bob Holly in blackface and call him the Alabama Porchmonkey. And have him come out eating a watermelon, just like Carlito with his apple. ....hmmm, silly racist gimmick. WWE might even use that for real

I like the character, he was cracking me up on SS atempting to manage Teddy and dancing like him and he makes for a great Scape goat for tring out stuff "You dont like Midgets figthing over buckets?! It was the UPN guys idea not ours".

Didn't they debut Boogey as a character originally intended for another UPN series? I dont watch Smackdown out of protest ever since they jobbed out the bWo in July after an awesome debut....but...I just want to go ahead and speculate he was to be that annoying fat woman's boyfriend on whatever show she was on....The Parkers? I'm sorry but I cant tell any of those shows apart. Except Chris Rocks which I keep meaning to watch but never do. Is it even still on the air?
And on a side note, I cannot believe I just read the words "jungle bunny" and "porch monkey" used back to back.
