I for one think it's cool that Ice Train is being given another chance.

Taz also had one of the most vicious offense at the time. He would just murder guys in the ring. I don't know if Langston has that or if they'd allow him to have that anyways. I'm not going to completely write him off yet, but his debut was really lackluster.

Given the talent that has debuted in this year alone and the talent down in NXT that has yet to debut I have no doubts that Big E is talented and I look foward to seeing what he has to offer. Remember when everyone shit on Reigns because he wasn't Ohno and ended up being really awesome? Yeah.....

Welcome to the internet, where we condemn wrestlers after they've been seen on screen once.
Jesus, this place sometimes.

The Bobby Lashley comparisons need to stop. It's borderline racist now.
Yeah they're both black and one of them used to wrestle. That's literally where the comparison ends. Lashley was about as interesting as wet cardboard and talked like Kermit the Frog.
Big E is national powerlifting champion who is intense in the ring and on the mic.
Have patience. Jesus Christ.

Like that other guy said, remember when everyone was saying Reigns was the weak link and was going to ruin The Shield thing?

I'll await to pass judgement when Big E has done something more than just arriving, slamming Cena, then standing around while AJ skips around.

Right now, he's a jacked up Mr. Hughes.
Not saying that's good/bad/indifferent, or that he'll not progress beyond that; but right now he doesn't really need to be much of anything, because that's not his role; he's silent bodyguard guy.

Yeah I don't like him. Does the WWE really need another big hoss to go along with Mason Ryan, Ryback, Big Zeke, Brodus Clay, Tensai, Henry etc? Yes. Vince McMahon can't masturbate to the same guys forever. That said, he doesn't look at all intimidating. But I look forward to how they'll push his bench presses as world-enders anyway, like that s*** matters in actual combat. DON'T MAKE ME MAD. OR I'LL RUB CHALK ON MY HANDS AND THEN SLOWLY LIFT SOMETHING REALLY REALLY HEAVY. Yeah, there's nothing believable about a guy being a complete powerhouse. Unless you're Mark Henry. Or John Cena. Or Batista. Or Ryback. Or Warrior. Or Jim Neidhart. Or every other hoss in the history of professional wrestling. But yeah, about giving up on the guy who's been on television all of 48 hours without a match, promo, or slightest of background information.

I do admit, the guy looks EXTREMELY short on the main shows. On NXT, he looked a lot bigger. That's because NXT is indy-heavy. Indy guys are almost always tiny.that's a load of bull. everyone (except Ziggler) in WWE was an indy guy at some point.

I do admit, the guy looks EXTREMELY short on the main shows. On NXT, he looked a lot bigger. That's what Rhyno was like. In ECW, he was a monster. WWF.....kinda shorter than the regular guys.

Being Prince Albert, Albert, A-Train, Lord Tensai and just Tensai isn't enough chances? Other than Tensai none of those failed though. He was a credible midcarder as Prince Albert, Albert and A-Train.It's only the Tensai/Lord Tensai gimmick that failed... and creatvie can easily be blamed for that by making him wrestle a slow, boring style and making the gimmick too cartoony. People seem to forget this, especially the top sentence. You bring a guy in with a yellowface gimmick and have him act like Hoss Muta with an exceptionally weaker and plodding arsenal (basically the opposite of everything that got him over, both here and in Japan), can you really be all that shocked when he doesn't get over?
