I figure Cena is a sometime special attraction, maybe 4-6 appearances a year with about half of them being PPV main events.
Punk will be full time and will be a top heel, but maybe not THE top heel. He isn't going anywhere anytime soon, all that talk is just for you're-gonna-miss-me-when-I'm-gone-so-you-better-give-me-what-I-want positioning. What else is he going to do?
Dean Ambrose, Kassius Ohno, Miz, maybe Ryback and one or two people who haven't made the main roster yet will be the main event scene would be my best guess.

Cena, Orton, Ryback, Bryan, Barrett, Sheamus and Miz will be a key part of the main event scene.
Triple H will still be showing up occasionly and beating people half his age
Punk will be retired and possibly a colour commentator
JTG will still be employed

Raw will be the longest running weekly episodic tv show and Kid Rock will perform at some events.

Of the current roster, the only people who will still be employed are: AJ Lee, Antonio Cesaro, Big E Langston, Cody Rhodes, Damien Sandow, Daniel Bryan, Dean Ambrose, Dolph Ziggler, Heath Slater, Hornswoggle, JTG, Mason Ryan, The Miz, Randy Orton, Ricardo Rodriguez, Roman Reigns, Ryback, Seth Rollins, Sheamus, Wade Barrett
Big Show, Kane, Khali, and Triple H will occasionally show up the same way Mick Foley does to job to some random heel.
Santino Marella will be a trainer.
John Cena injured himself so badly that he returns once a year to give someone an AA.

Cody Rhodes, Antonio Cesaro, and Daniel Bryan all former WWE Champions. Punk, gone. Cena, still rolling. 'Taker, Triple H, Brock, and Rock, all gone. ..and somebody will probably die unexpectedly.

Remember five years ago when people were saying that Jeff Hardy, MVP, Mr. Kennedy, Carlito and Shelton Benjamin would be main-eventing by now?
I'm not even going to try and predict who'll be main-eventing in 2017/8. For all we know, this time next year Ryback could be jobbing on Superstars whilst Jack Swagger is WWE Champion.

/\ what I was thinking.
the only things I'll say with any certainty are that CM Punk will probably be retired and John Cena's probably going to be like Steve Austin at the end of his run, too broken down to wrestle much if at all but still kept around in a non-wrestling capacity.

WWE's profits will increase, but they'll still be in a bit of a niche.
Undertaker and Rey Mysterio will get big sendoffs leading into their retirements.
The main event will consist of Bryan, Sheamus, Miz, Ziggler and a couple of unexpected guys.
If Punk stays, he'll be in a HBK-type position that allows him to main event or midcard at a moment's notice.
Cena will be on a Legends schedule, appearing a few times a year.
The WWE and World titles will be merged as part of a convoluted major angle that results in some unintented comedy.
WWE Network is still in limbo.

Remember five years ago when people were saying that Jeff Hardy, MVP, Mr. Kennedy, Carlito and Shelton Benjamin would be main-eventing by now? To be fair, at Jeff and Kennedy are main eventing in TNA.

Some obvious predictions, with maybe one or two riskier ones:
The WWE title will absorb the WHC, hopefully with Big Gold surviving but more likely with some new belt (the Lesnar belt might be a possibility, but I think they'd go for a new design).
Same for the Intercontinental and US titles.
Raw will continue to look basically the same in terms of the stage.
The Divas division will still exist, but will receive such little attention that people will still talk about if the WWE are going to axe it.
They'll bring the Hardcore title back at some point, and then grow tired of it.
Triple H will be involved on screen, but more like he is now - wrestling the odd special match. Taker will surely be gone, but Ric Flair will still be around in some capacity; Foley also.
Cena will still be the man. He won't go against Vince, and Vince won't risk dropping him without Cena screwing up in some major way.
Cena will be feuding with a "monster" close to 7 feet tall with a great "look".
Punk and Bryan will be gone. Chirs Jericho will be retired for good.
The likes of Hornswoggle and Santino will have been replaced by even stupider irritations.
Bruno Sammartino will be inducted into the Hall of Fame, as will the Ultimate Warrior. Owen Hart and Davey Boy Smith will not.
The Rock will become a regular attraction at WrestleMania, similar to the Undertaker's current role.
Regal will still be awesome - and likely a main commentator on Raw with Michael Cole.
Sheamus will have a suntan.

Will WWE ever pull the trigger on a John Cena face turn? I'd think that it would be huge when the time comes, if done properly.

Punk will barely be walking, Rey Mysterio will have had both legs amputated at the knee, JTG will somehow still be employed

Remember five years ago when people were saying that Jeff Hardy, MVP, Mr. Kennedy, Carlito and Shelton Benjamin would be main-eventing by now? And Jeff Hardy proved he could do that...if he wasn't Jeff freaking Hardy. He'd be set if he wasn't such a screwup.

Cena will move into an almost Ric Flair role, refusing to stop as he ages.
Punk will likely be gone.
The theme song will be by One Direction.
Vince McMahon will still randomly show up when ratings are low.
Christian will be released after his attempts at utilizing Malaysian slaves as living weapons fails to get over.
In a shocking swerve, Dolph Ziggler eats a chili pepper and turns into an animated WWE ring. The ropes and boards of the new ring are so loud and vibrant that it makes even the worst of stars look like champs.
