I don't really find this all that strange. Fascinating as hell, but not incredibly weird. The only thing that is concerning is from a psychological standpoint in that this is a legitimate fetish, and it being as such makes it difficult (I imagine) to hold relationships or otherwise have normal sexual experiences. Being completely unqualified, I can't say much about it other than if you feel that it's impairing your lifestyle in a negative way, go see a sex-positive therapist. Otherwise, do as Dan Savage says.
