Was surprised this didn't make the list: But then I realized they were "American" and not "UK Singles." In all seriousness, why do you think Jessie J still hasn't taken off in the states?

I mean, they've been pumping money into the Jessie J machine stateside for about three or four years now. What do you think finally made these songs click? I do like when she was playing the commercial breaks at the 2011 VMAs and, after Chris Brown's performance, she covered "No Scrubs."
