I'm curious to know when they debuted the whole titan tron/ramp that has become a staple of professional wrestling ever since?

I'd say that it would have been in 1997 when the stage as we know it (giant screen with entrances from underneath) started taking shape. Before that, it was smaller ground level entrance ways (the 1992-1995 neon set, the hexagonal tunnel, the RAW letters, etc) and monitor set ups. Even then, those weren't completely phased out until 1999/2000 or so.

It was February 1997, I believe, when Raw first moved to 2 hours.
I remember it well, because Raw was broadcast on delay by quite a few hours in Canada at the time. This episode didn't start until 3:00 for some reason. I got up in the middle of the night to watch it, because there were so many rumours about the new two hour show, and what they would do.
Also, I was a huge Marilyn Manson fan at the time, and just lost my shit when The Beautiful People was the Raw theme (for all of three weeks).

I thought that was the theme for Smackdown for awhile and not RAW?

Someone in WWE really likes that song. Watching that intro reminds me just how 'raw' Raw used to feel. It's such a shame it's so overproduced now. I think this might be what a lot of people really miss about the Attitude Era.

I think this might be what a lot of people really miss about the Attitude Era. I remember hearing Vince is a big fan of it, and yes this is what I miss about the Attitude era the most, I hate the damn red lights for RAW and blue for Smackdown, I prefer just normal white ones.

If I remember correctly, Sid was the first person to walk down the ramp during that Raw..

Side note: I just now realized how old that song is. Just for the record, a quick search shows me that the song came out when I was six.
