Those who didn't see Bash At The Beach like me, and stayed away from spoilers all day waiting fo the Bash At The Beach results to be announced at Nitro.
At the beginning of the show Tony Schavane announced that last night was a dark day for WCW and was shocked who the third man was and what a great betrayl. He didn't say who it was till the very end.
Question before he said it was Hogan, who did you think it was? I don't know about you guys, but the way it was describe, I thought it was Sting.

Its a good ratings ploy to get people to stick around but with the internet being in so many homes today its hard to do it now without looking stupid

Two rumors I remember as a kid were Bret Hart and Undertaker. Turns out Bret hadn't even had a meeting with Bischoff yet (and by Bret's own admission when he saw the contract Eric offered him he thought long and hard about it when he initially had no desire to go to WCW). Taker... I don't know if he was ever approached. There's always been a rumor floating around that Taker approached Bischoff in 96 about jumping to WCW but Eric said he didn't know what he could do with him since he wouldn't be able to use the Undertaker gimmick. Dunno how true that was or not.

Well Tony and Larry did a long monolgoue about who the third man was, I knew someone turned heel. I was the edge of my seat, I thought it was Sting, who else turning heel could cause this much commotion. Hulk Hogan was the last thing on my mind mainly because he wasn't around for a couple of months.

Is this the episode from outside at Disney, where during the Outsiders/Hogan in-ring promo, the people in the front row opposite hard cam are the fat tourist ladies? They're just no-selling the entire promo and waving incessantly at the camera. Yes it was.
