PPV's Without Opening Video Packages

Can we name all of them? I rate Summerslam 2002 a 9.8/10 and one of the best PPV's I have ever and will ever see, but I can't rate it 10/10 because it lacks a badass opening video that linked together the main feuds of the PPV (Benoit/RVD, Test/Taker, HHH/HBK Rock/Brock). The promos for the main matches are awesome (www.dailymotion.com/video/x4cz49_hbk-hhh-summerslam-2002-promo_shortfilms#.UOdF4ndar8l) but an opening package focusing on revenge (HBK/HHH) and the need to be the best in the business (Rock/Brock) would have been great

So what are the other PPV's that haven't had opening videos?

No Way Out 2002 didn't have one, IIRC.
