I've forgotten about him really but as a kid I used to mark out for the guy. He seemed to put on some really good matches and I loved his comebacks and his matches with Goldust.

I liked him, he was kind refreshing at the time in that in the era of cartoon gimmicks, his was pretty subtle - "this guy's Puerto Rican, he's friends with Razor Ramon".

He was good in the ring but he was SO bland.
Also he brings back memories of King of the ring 95 (he was the focus) and I want to forget that P.O.S

I really liked him due to his theme. Being friends with Razor Ramon upped his coolness factor for me as well.

His dancing was great. He's pretty bloated right now but I wouldn't mind a randon cameo backstage preferable with Steve Austin.

I liked him and enjoyed the Caribbean strap match between him and Austin. Even when they showed us a snippet of them having the match when the lights were out and all you could really get was the excruciating sound of them using the strap against each other.

He works for TNA in some capacity, doesn't he? He worked as a trainer for the Knockouts and now trains wrestlers for Ring Ka King.

I really liked him due to his theme. Being friends with Razor Ramon upped his coolness factor for me as well. I can't remember what it sounds like now, but I remember trying to record it off the television set as a kid during Superstars (this was before entrance themes were released to the public) to no avail. It never did get released for purchase. I was a huge mark for the guy up until a little after he faced Austin, then he got stale. I got to see him at a live event and couldn't care less at that point, he was in Los Boricuas.

Had the best kicks of any wrestler ever. Terrific balance and body control.

When he "won" the IC title in 1996, I marked HARD.

I recall really pulling for him to win the King of the Ring tournament that Mabel ended up winning.

Not one of my teeny-bopper fave-raves, but I deeply respected his in-ring work. He was a solid performer, I thought, who should have had more gold around his waist than he did.

wasn't he in NOD before forming Los Boricuas? Absolutely. When the original Nation of Domination broke off with Crush and Savio going their separate ways, that's when Crush formed DOA and Savio formed Los Boricuas.

Vega/Los Boricuas had a badass theme that very rarely got used. I can only remember hearing the version with vocals once on WWF Metal/Shotgun/NY/whatever it was called: www.youtube.com/watch?v=Xte7pasJGzY
