Play booker of your own fantasy 'Mania.
Mine may appear a bit repetitive, but that is because I despise gimmick matches, divas matches, and matches that feature more than two men. In short, I prefer singles matches with wrestling, and nothing else.
Here's my lazy effort:
Marquee matches
Brock Lesnar vs. Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson (for WWE Championship) Undertaker vs. John Cena CM Punk vs. Steve Austin Dolph Ziggler vs. Daniel Bryan (for World Heavyweight Championship)
Thrown together, but could be interesting match
Ryback vs. Big Show
Useless filler matches
Sheamus vs. Kane Randy Orton vs. The Miz Antonio Cesaro vs. Wade Barrett (for Intercontinental and United States Championships) Dean Ambrose vs. Kofi Kingston Alberto Del Rio vs. Mark Henry

{Spoiler}WWE Championship: CM Punk vs Brock Lesnar - Punk retains over Rock, after Cena interferes. Have Cena and Punk tease a feud before hand. Punk pulls off shenanigans, but Cena tries to stop it, but inadverdantly costs Rock the match. This will lead to Rock/Cena II. Brock wins the rumble, and Heyman tries to convinve him to go for the WHC like Batista in 05. SO Heyman guys can rule the WWE. But he refuses and picks Punk. OR Heyman turns on Punk for always getting him into situations like tlc matches, and picks Lesnar to take over because he is more of an ass-kicker. Lesnar could win here to end the reign. If he doesn't re-sign a deal he could pull more Lesnar antics and be stripped and vacate the title
Rock vs John Cena II So Punk beats Rock at the rumble, after Cena inadverdently costs Rock the match. During the rumble match, Rock comes out and eliminates Cena for payback. Cena says that he hasn't gotten over the loss, and challenges Rock again. Cena gets his win back, and maybe they can have a rubber match at Summerslam in some kind of gimmick match .)
World Heavyweight Championship: Dolph Ziggler vs The Miz vs Big Show. - Big Show retains at rumble, but Miz wins the WHC elimination chamber. However out of spite Big Show, hits Miz with the K.O. punch. Ziggler cashes in and beats Miz for the belt. Both Miz and Big Show think they are entitled to rematch clauses. So they have a number one contenders' match that ends in draw. THis sets up Booker T to create a triple threat match for the belt.
Undertaker vs Ryback Ryback says "feed me more" here comes the Undertaker. Steak goes to 21-0 of course, but Ryback ends up looking like a million bucks, hoepfully.
6 man tag match: Randy Orton, Sheamus, and Triple H vs The Shield The Sheild continue to dominate. Orton and Sheamus had enough of their attacks and recruit HHH for help. This is where Orton turns heel and helps the Shield win. Orton becomes huge heel as he escalates back into the world title picture.
IC Title: Alberto Del Rio vs Wade Barrett Just to get Del Rio on the card.
U.S. Title Christian vs Antonio Cesaro These two could tear the house down, and is a good way for Christian to get on the card.
Four Way Tag Title Ladder Match: Team Hell No vs Team Rhodes Scholars, v.s. Prime Time Players, vs Heath Slater and Drew Mcintyre Fun little spot fest.
Rey Mysterio vs Sin Cara Inevitable battle of the luchadors.
Breakthrough 10 Man Battle Royal: Zack Ryder vs Santino Marella vs Big E Langston vs Brodus Clay vs Kofi Kingston vs R-Truth vs Jinder Mahal vs Jack Swagger (somehow gets in despite being former WHC, vs Tommy Dreamer vs returning Evan Bourne just to way to get people on the card, Kofi could win here, and lose to Dolph at extreme rules. Thats 10 matches but if they cut down on stupid skits and promos, I think it could fit. Hell it did for 26. I think this card would help mania feel like mania again

WWE Championship The Rock (c) vs John Cena -Basically, I would want the title in this one to actually give meaning behind them breaking the whole "Once in a Lifetime" deal.
Undertaker vs CM Punk -I would have Punk challenge the streak. A heel needs to fight for it, and Punk is the biggest star in the company to challenge for it.
Ryback vs Brock Lesnar -Two big beasts going head to head, with hopefully the end result being Ryback goes over and is the next big superstar. I'd like to maybe have Lesnar
World Heavyweight Championship Big Show vs Dolph Ziggler vs Alberto Del Rio vs The Miz -It's the secondary title, so why not. They could do tag matches going up to it, build tension between Miz and Del Rio, Ziggler also has the briefcase in his back pocket.
Triple H, Ric Flair & Randy Orton vs The Shield -I would bring Evolution back together for this match. Basically, I don't see Flair staying retired and I don't see much Randy Orton could do. With recent attacks on Orton and people around the WWE, these men are going to try to stop the young upstarts.
Sheamus vs Antonio Cesaro -After seeing their match on Raw awhile back, I feel they should have a feature match on the pay per view. I would take the title off of Cesaro though, but keep him hot enough for this match here.
Tag Team Title Gaunlet Match -Basically, I would have this as another special attraction match. It gets lots of people on the pay per view, but it also takes away from match quantity. I also love matches like these personally, and I feel you could make it dramatic if you had a mystery team or two in there as well. Plus, I would like to give some props to the tag teams in WWE.
IC/US Title for Title match Wade Barrett vs Kofi Kingston -They had a great match on Smackdown and to put Kofi back in the picture, have him maybe win the US Title and he faces Barrett in this feature match.
Some sort of divas nonsense, I don't know. Sara Del Rey wins a battle royal or something is the Divas match.

Winner Take All Fatal 4 Way Elimination Match The Rock vs. John Cena (Royal Rumble Winner) vs. CM Punk (WWE Champion) vs. Dolph Ziggler (World Heavyweight Champion) The Rock defeats CM Punk at the Royal Rumble by disqualification. John Cena wins the Royal Rumble. Dolph Ziggler cashes in the Money in the Bank Briefcase at the Elimination Chamber PPV. Ziggler is sick of the World Heavyweight Championship being ignored and treated like second best, so he interjects himself into the Cena/Rock/Punk feud. Winner and Undisputed Champion: Dolph Ziggler.
Streak Match The Undertaker vs. Brock Lesnar Winner: The Undertaker
Monsters Clash Six Pack Challenge The Big Show vs. Ryback vs. Mark Henry vs. Kane vs. Tensai vs. Big E Langston Winner: Ryback.
Randy Orton vs. Sheamus Randy ORton turns heel, and goes on a punting rampage. Sheamus has another "Oi'll Foight Him" moment, and calls Orton out Winner: Sheamus
Rey Mysterio vs. Sin Cara Rey and Sin Cara remain a team. They've developed a mutual respect but now the younger lucha wants to test himself against Rey Mysterio. They continue to team up going into the event. It's just a friendly competition with a friendly handshake at the end. Winner: Sin Cara
The Shield vs. Alberto Del Rio, Christian & Daniel Bryan This is another "give uppercarders something to do" match. Winners: The Shield
Tag Team Turmoil Match Team Rhodes Scholars (c) vs. Curt Hawkins & Zack Ryder vs. Prime Time Players vs. Tyson Kidd & Justin Gabriel vs. Kofi Kingston & Whomever. This is the tag title match. The Major Broskis are back together. Team Rhodes Scholars are the champs. Cody and Sandow drop the titles and break up on amicable terms. Winners and NEW Tag Team Champions: Curt Hawkins & Zack Ryder
Intercontinental Championship Match Wade Barrett (c) vs. The Miz This is just to get both guys on the card and give Barrett and opponent who isn't Kofi. Winner and NEW Intercontinental Champion: The Miz Alex Riley, having won the newly reinstated European Championship (see below), comes out and he and Miz have the midcard title version of the Benoit/Eddie hug moment.
Pre-Show European Championship Match Antonio Cesaro (having replaced the United States Title with the Euro Title) vs. Alex Riley After Antonio Cesaro narrowly retains his title against The Miz, declares that he will be known as "The Final United States Champion" and he retires the U.S. belt, and reinstates the European Championship. At some point, Alex Riley comes out for a random match and Cesaro attacks him from behind. While Riley is being tended to, Miz tells Riley to go stand up for himself and America and call Cesaro out, telling him he wants the old Alex Riley who kicked his ass all over the arena to come back. Riley and Cesaro have a match, with Miz in Riley's corner. Cesaro dominates, but then he decides to slap Miz for whatever reason. The Miz tries to attack Cesaro but the ref stops Miz and sends him to the back. While Cesaro is taunting The Miz, this allows Riley to capitalize and pin Cesaro with a rollup, earning a title match for the WM pre-show which he then wins. Winner and NEW European Champion: Alex Riley
There is no "Celebrity Match" because The Rock and to a lesser extent The Miz technically fulfill that quota.

Triple Threat Match for the WWE Championship The Rock (c) vs. CM Punk vs. John Cena (Rumble Winner) Punk loses the title at RR, but through some manner of negotation/scheming on his end, manages to get his rematch clause set for Wrestlemania instead of Elimination Chamber, because obviously his odds there aren't too great. It's a match that isn't just Rock/Cena 2, which makes it a touch more interesting, and I think the three could put on a great match. Winner: f*** if I know.
World Heavyweight Champion Match Dolph Ziggler (c) vs. The Big Show Pretty self-explanatory. Ziggler needs a win against a credible opponent to really solidify himself with the belt, and Big Show can be built up well enough for that. Winner: Dolph Ziggler
Submission Match Undertaker vs. Brock Lesnar {with Paul Heyman) Lesnar interferes with a main event match of the Raw after Elimination Chamber, attacks both wrestlers, and then claims that after beating Triple H everyone is afraid of him. Taker's dong hits, and then the match is set up in the coming weeks. It becomes a submission match because Lesnar intends to not only break the streak, but the Undertaker's will by making him tap out and willingly end it himself. Winner: Undertaker
Daniel Bryan (with Kane) vs. Sheamus After Hell No loses the titles and the rematch, Bryan and Kane stay friends and still team together. The feud with Sheamus reignites, and Bryan asks Kane for some support and help, because he wants to get his win back and make sure nobody ever brings up 18 seconds again. Build up their history, how this is actually their third Mania match, and make it a personal story with some effort into having it matter instead of the usual "you two, fight to fill up time" match. Obviously, they'd put on a great match regardless of build. Winner: Daniel Bryan, who once again embraces the Yes.
Diva match with celebrity involvement that I can take take a leak during.
United States Championship Match Antonio Cesaro (c) vs. Jack Swagger Swagger redebuts as sort a kinda Angle-esque, partiotic-and-goofy face, gets a quick build, and then calls Cesaro out on his "not losing it to an American" thing. Winner: Jack Swagger
10-Man Battle Royale for the Intercontinental Championship Because it'd be nice to have it on the card. Whomever is in last with Barret gets to feud with him a while, so Christian seems like a good call. Winner: Wade Barret
Fatal Four-Way Tag Match for the Tag Team Championship Prime Time Players (c) vs. The Rhodes Scholars (someone finally admits that putting 'team' in there was a dumb call) vs. International Air Strike vs. Primo and Epico Another "have it there because it would be cool if belts were defended and featured at Wrestlemania" match. Winners: Prime Time Players
