Looks like they put a Hulkamania shirt on Rob Terry, took a pic then shopped Hogan's head and tat'd forearm in place.
Anyway, this will be the first big test of their new PPV model so be interesting to see how it works out with storylines and interest.

Considering how terrible Genesis was, it doesn't look bright for TNA buyrate.
But who knows, maybe they manage to build some excitement on Impact. At least they have a possibility for a long build.

At least they have a possibility for a long build. Well, the Aces and Eights storyline certainly has been building for long enough as it is.

Well in a semi-ideal, semi-realistic world this is what my card would look like.
World Heavyweight Championship Match:
Christopher Daniels (c) vs. Jeff Hardy - Simply a rematch for the World Championship in order to solidify Daniels as World Champion.
Lethal Lockdown:
Team TNA (Sting, Samoa Joe, Kurt Angle and Hulk Hogan) vs. Team Aces & 8's (Bully Ray, Mr. Anderson, Devon, The D.O.C)
The idea behind this one is Bully Ray turns heel and breaks Brooke's heart in the process revealing himself as the leader of Aces and Eights. Hulk is hellbent for revenge and thus puts himself as the final entrant in the match. The match finishes with everyone but Hogan down, Hogan then goes for Ray but Brooke turns up and low blows him, aligning herself with Ray and revealing the whole "break-up" to be a ruse.
Tag Team Championship Match:
Chavo and Hernandez (c) vs. Aries and Roode
I figure Aries and Roode won't be getting any World Title shots since at least one of them has been involved in every single World Title match since October 2011. Plus their dysfunctional "teamwork" is highly entertaining. I'd have them win and bring some prestige to the belts.
Knockouts Championship:
Tara (c) vs. Mickie James
X-Division Xscape Match (Winner faces RVD later in the night):
Christian York vs. Frankie Kazarian vs. Kenny King vs. Kid Kash vs. Sonjay Dutt vs. Zema Ion
X-Division Championship Match:
RVD (c) vs. Frankie Kazarian
Hogan announces that the X-Division Champion can now cash in the Championship for a shot at the World Title at Slammiversary since there is no more Destinaton X. Daniels uses his pull as World Champion to get Kazarian in the match and eventually causes enough of a distraction for Kazarian to pull off the win. You could go in a multitude of different directions with having Kazarian as Champion.
Grudge Match:
James Storm vs. Matt Morgan - both guys need feuds and I can't see Morgan remaining with Ryan after what happened at Genesis. Purely filler for both guys and the card but they are both over enough to pull it off.
Grudge Match:
Robbie E vs. Robbie T (I know this won't be a good match but since they seem to be heading for a feud I guess this is where it will lead to).

Yeah, since it is in the Alamodome, I think Hulk (if he is capable) will be on the card in some fashion. Hopefully he won't be taking any bumps, but he'll probably be used for name value to sell some more tickets.

I like AdamAFL's purposes card and think it make sense except for Lethal Lockdown. I don't see them leaving Knox out of it since he was just revealed, plus you've got Garrett and Briscoe who I think would be involved. Then Hogan/Ray seems like something that they would hold off on until the next major PPV so it gets all the solo attention.
Maybe Team TNA: Sting, Joe, Joseph Park and Angle
Vs.
Aces and 8: Devon, Anderson, DOC and Knox.
Then do the old staple of A8s jumping one if the guys in the back (maybe Garret and Wes "find" Kurt laid out) and taking him out causing Hogan to put Bully Ray in and he makes his turn then. Lockdown ends with Ray and Devon hitting 3D on Sting through a table to the shock of everyone.

While Genesis left me feeling a bit cold, aside of the excellent main event and a couple other decent parts, I'm definitely interested in seeing how TNA goes into Lockdown under the new PPV format.
Granted, March 10th isn't THAT far away, so it isn't quite like the old days between, say, Wrestlemania and SummerSlam just yet, but it's just under two months worth of time to build it up. We certainly knock TNA booking around here quite a bit (often justifiably so), but I'm hoping to see some real concerted effort and booking that reflects a sense of "we have time/we have more than three weeks to build this, let's pace ourselves."

One thing I'm hoping the extended build up's to PPV's will give us is a better look at the less focused on parts of the product. TNA only have two hours of television per week which makes it nigh on impossible to focus on everyone on the roster. With longer build's perhaps we will see more of a focus on the X-Division, on the Knockout's and on other wrestlers who usually would just be floating.

Yeah, I'd kill to see some X-Division or KO feuds that had nothing to do with their respective titles. Hopefully extra time means more chances for that.
