My wife is an occasional watcher, she agrees. As do I. I'm sick of any SRS gimmick. I'm Sick of seeing everyone in suits and dress clothes ( not necessarily a gimmick) The evil foreigner character. I want to see an evil american , who hates everywhere, even america. Teddy Long. Most of all the " I'm better than you, so were gonna have a match....at the ppv...in 4 weeks".

Big men have to either be monster heels or lovable goofs. Can't we get more big men like Nash? He was just a charismatic guy who happened to be bigger than most.

The obligatory entrance poses/routine
Heel cheats to retain/win a title and walks up the ramp backwards smiling at defeated face, holding belt up
The way wrestlers randomly bump into each other in the back (with a cameraman) and have an incredibly fake conversation
"Legends." Legends everywhere, looking like goofs. We didn't have all this crap before 2002. Back then, the new era was promoted, and Vince did everything he could to divorce his product from the "geriatrics" Wish I had a nickel for every bragging comment JR used to make about the Rock being "only 27 years old" and all that stuff ...WHAT HAPPENED??
Talking about "passion for DIS BIZNESS" and all that sentimental junk.

Wrestling talk shows. Tag team partner suddenly turning on his teammate. Two main event guys team up, can't get along and still manage to win the tag belts over a cohesive tandem. On screen general managers taking up far too much time. It doesn't matter if they're face or heel, I don't care. Big One. BOOKING THE MAIN EVENT OF THE SHOW AFTER THE SHOW HAS BEGUN.Also opening the show with a drawn out talky segment. So in kayfabe the guys running the company go into a RAW hoping **** will go down and create the night's main event. Ya that makes total business sense. I know it's wrestling and all but it should still follow some internal logic.

Wrestlers wearing their ring gear even when they're not booked in a match. The C-shows are separate events in kayfabe, so if someone like Zack Ryder, Cody Rhodes, Alex Riley, Damien Sandow, Antonio Cesaro, etc. competed on Superstars, Main Event, or a Dark Match, and then they make an appearance on RAW or SmackDown later in a segment, they should already have showered and changed into street clothes, rather than simply walking around the arena their underwear (and maybe a T-shirt).
Also wrestlers who in kayfabe not originally scheduled to have a match conveniently wearing their ring gear just in case they get booked to compete.

Evil figurehead has been mentioned so I'll go with the "anti-diva" gimmick. They've been doing that for over a decade now.

Why does the heel authority figure feud with the top guy all the time?
Like why not do something different and have the heel GM feud with a midcarder or a jobber. That was one of the things that I liked about John Cena during Kurt Angle's run as SmackDown GM. The fact that Cena was just the United States Champion made that feud different from any other boss/wrestler feuds.

A non American wrestler is automatically given an anti American gimmick.
Also count me in for the Unstoppable 7ft giant monster who 6 months later is teaming up with hornswoggle in a comedy gimmick.

Butt Monkey heels (i.e. Spirit Squad, 2010 Zack Ryder, late 2010-early 2011 Alex Riley, Heath Slater, Brad Maddox). All they ever do is lose squash matches and it's always to either the main eventers, or the super heavyweights. They're never jobbed out productively or used to put over anyone who actually needs the win.

Agreed with the heel general managers/authority figures angle. It's not 1998 anymore.
I'm personally tired of Vickie Guerrero's evil laugh... she's no Million Dollar Man, that's for sure. Whenever she does it, it's just cringe inducing and you hope you're not watching the show with any non-wrestling fans.
I'm sick of in-ring promos being constantly interrupted by people's theme music. It just makes the segment look completely contrived; someone will be ranting about something only to be conveniently interrupted by someone's music just at the right moment, as if right on cue. This, of course, was usually followed up by Teddy Long making a tag match after three or more interruptions.
Speaking of things that look contrived, it strikes me as BS that a match will be going on and all of a sudden, someone will interfere, the bell rings and the referee just bails from the ring and lets whatever go on. No, no, no! The ref should be frantically trying to stop any kind of post-match beatdown or any other extra-curricular activities like that, not just jumping out of the ring and let whatever go down. I miss the days when all the referees and the agents would flood the ring to try and break up brawls; it made it look more like a shoot instead of just a scripted happening of "Oh, there's the bell, here comes the beatdown, I'll just get out of your way."

Super swarmy faces like Cena and Sheamus. Shouldn't the faces not be giving the fans a reason to like the bad guy?

It is funny how these guys are supposed to be just popping-up to argue or run-in but their music and video is keyed-up. In kayfabe is it some guy's job to hang near the stage and tell the booth if somebody looks like they're about to come out?

I don't get what is so weird, or however you want to say it, about that. They are showing up to work and getting dressed and ready to wrestle. With the way stuff on RAW is made on the fly, why shouldn't they be dress and ready? I could see wearing something like a track suit or something like that over their gear like Rock would do but not just lounging in their street clothes.

Evil authority figures need to go.
Also, I know it's never going away but I'm so sick of the "I'MA BE A CHAMPION" hand motion.
