Wrestlers wearing their ring gear even when they're not booked in a match. The C-shows are separate events in kayfabe, so if someone like Zack Ryder, Cody Rhodes, Alex Riley, Damien Sandow, Antonio Cesaro, etc. competed on Superstars, Main Event, or a Dark Match, and then they make an appearance on RAW or SmackDown later in a segment, they should already have showered and changed into street clothes, rather than simply walking around the arena their underwear (and maybe a T-shirt). I don't get what is so weird, or however you want to say it, about that. They are showing up to work and getting dressed and ready to wrestle. With the way stuff on RAW is made on the fly, why shouldn't they be dress and ready? I could see wearing something like a track suit or something like that over their gear like Rock would do but not just lounging in their street clothes. Honestly, on the fly kayfabe booking needs to die, or at least become a very rare occurrence.

-I don't mind the heel/face GM or authority figure, but there's no real "authority" if they're on every single week! Look at when Jack Tunney or Gorilla Monsoon were in charge. You saw them very rarely, and when you DID see them on TV, it was a huge moment. Something big was going down and it meant something.
-And I also hated (hopefully they've moved past this by now) the two stars who can't get along, but somehow end up as the tag champions.
-3MB bothers me because it's quite obvious they're dysfunctional and can't beat anybody, even with a 3-on-1 advantage. (Beating Ryback in an over-the-top-rope challenge doesn't count.) A stable should be halfway decent and actually (oh, I dunno) win matches once in a while. (Only thing these clowns are missing is Teddy Long managing them: WCW 1996 represent y0. Oh crap, I just gave them an idea.)
-Guys who talk about how their goal is how well they "entertain" the public/WWE Universe. Um, hey guys. This is supposed to resemble some sort of sport. How about winning matches being the #1 goal? Winning the title?
-The Shield (or any outsider group) having music as a cue they're headed to the ring is also dumb. How about giving them day-glo outfits as well? Make it a little more obvious they're about to jump somebody. It's like a karate student telling a person: "I learned this new move. Come at me from behind, but make sure your right arm is extended so I can grab it, kick you in the Jimmy and toss you."
I don't ever remember the Nation or any other stable of the time needing music to come out and beat somebody up.

Anything involving a General Manager - The brand split is pretty much over, and Austin vs. McMahon was how many years ago? Stop, just stop.
GET OVER THE f***ING ATTITUDE ERA!
Stop overproducing everything - As someone said before, WWE looked legit with the old sets, like some kind of underground fight club. You'd save a hell of a lot of money without the fancy-smancy HD setup because of a stupid television gimmick. Same goes for scripts. If your writers can't write (Or really do anything for that matter), then just give wrestlers bullet points and let them ad lib from there instead of feeding them forced lines.
Wrestlers in attire everywhere
I'm sure there's alot more.

Almost all the faces are LOL, wise cracking always smiling, doing awful standp with dumb one liners playing practical jokes on the heels... And then in the ring they're ALL BUSINESS. It's annoying
