Think it will be Bully Ray, maybe have him win at Lockdown and become leader.

Been thinking about this, and I reckon they could pull this off... The leader(s) of the bikers are Dixie and Joseph Park. Dixie decided that she wanted a gang for her wrestling company. Simple as that. So she got JP to sort out contracts for a group of unsigned talent she'd had her eye on. Park, being both naive and honest, draw up contracts for the group, that allowed them WAY too much power and flexibility. No heel motive, just a pure, honest mistake, a face being too trusting. Like Sting's made an entire career out of. So... They build towards an angle whereby it's the blowoff. Joseph Park draws up contracts for a Rumble match - ALL of the bikers (totalling 15 including jobbers/padding, against 15 of TNA's finest. Team TNA (led by Park, who's determined to redeem himself over this matter) vs Team Aces & 8's. Doesn't matter who's in charge of them. Rumble rules, with alternating TNA/bikers coming in every minute or so. Match stip is - TNA wins, bye bye bikers. Bikers win, Park will draw up a legal contract that is as bulletproof as Taz's agreement. The match is the opener on the card. It takes place, and the bikers narrowly grab the victory (Park could be the last man they defeat.) Shock opening to the show, the bikers are here forever! Except... Joseph Park comes to the ring, and calls out Devon, or one of the "known" bikers. He asks if any of them can read? Because if they'd been able to read, they'd have noticed in the contract for the Rumble, that the stip was - If the bikers win, ONE of the Aces & 8's gets an ironclad contract. The rest are still fired. Since it appears that the bikers HADN'T read the contract, Joseph points out that he's kindly arranged with Hogan, that all of the bikers must come out for an elimination Battle Royal, with the victor apparently getting the contract. A quick battle royal later, we have the winner in the ring, the rest now being, finally "gone" from TNA. As he stands there, celebrating, Park comes out once more and congratulates him. And then points out that HE himself, is a member of Aces and 8's. They made him a member when they signed the contract for the Rumble that opened the show, he himself wrote it into the contract. There is only ONE ironclad contract to be had, and since he's only newly qualified as a wrestler, he's only on a "trial" contract. So the contract goes to Park, Dixie comes out and hugs him, with other members of the roster, the crowd is happy that the gang of ne'er do wells has been rousted by the beloved face, and all is well

Scott Norton. Because why not? He is awesome, and would fit in with the group just fine.

Does it really matter? Right after the reveal, they'll cut to a shot of Dixie Carter waking up and walking into the bathroom where she finds Eric Bischoff in the shower.
The next week, Tenay and Face Taz will make no mentions of Aces & 8's and then act totally bewildered as a new mysterious masked 6-man faction does a run in during the Devon/Bully/Garrett Bischoff/ vs Angle/Brisco/Anderson main event.
In a swerve, the new faction will actually attack each other and will continue to do so during every main event for the next 75 weeks when it is finally revealed that this faction is in fact: Devon, Bully, Garrett, Angle, Brisco, and Anderson.

AJ Style-- the recent nothing's for sure about me anymore, promo, could have been bait on the hook/seed planting
Sting--right from jump he was against Hogan. If he pulls the long con on Hogan and Dixie, it is his greatest revenge. On Hogan for his being left out when hogan came into wcw, then hogan messing with stings mind to the point of irrevocably changing his persona. Then hogan coming in to do it all over again.
On Dixie for not relying on Sting and bringing in Hogan.
Whoever it is, it needs to happen before summer

I'm wondering if no one is going to be the leader and they just kill it off at Lockdown. I was thinking they were gonna go till Bound for Glory, but they've really been jobbing them out.
Of course, that could just be TNA's bad booking.

I hope that they somehow tie this into the legendary Disco Inferno alien angle, and the leader is Christopher Daniels working an alien gimmick where he wears a shiny silver jumpsuit and Kazarian is his probing sidekick. Because why not?

I hope they work it into a La Sociedad angle, where Konnan is revealed to be the leader of Aces and Eights and they were being used to get revenge on TNA for their wrong doings against him and people like him. I think the reveal would come best as Hernandez screws Team TNA in a winner take all match against Aces and Eights, then the current members and masked members preform a brutal beatdown on the TNA roster. All the masked members then unmask one by one revealing name after name, including Jeff Jarrett, AJ Styles and The Pope.
This would lead to Jarrett and Konnan taking control of the company for about six months, all the TNA guys who wanted to stay could have jobs under the new regime. All those that didn't could walk out right then. Sting, Hardy, Angle, Bully and Hogan would all leave at this point and remain gone for the entirety of the six months and new angles would all start and things would go on but Jarrett and Konnan would be corrupt and the guys that helped them in Aces and Eights would be treated as the creme of the crop, the former TNA talent would be against the odds.
Eventually after the six months pass Sting, Hogan, Hardy, Bully and Angle would return under masks attacking all the former Aces and Eights members in hits reminiscent of the original Aces and Eights attacks and finally they would corner Jarrett and demand a rematch...they want the power back but Jarrett refuses to give it to them.
It would all end when Joseph Park, who is seen as a traitor to TNA at this point as he has buddied up with Jarrett and Konnan, manages to sneak a clause in a contract for securing a new personal security team to protect Jarrett from the TNA Invaders that lets them get their match. Eventually Team TNA come back and manage to run Jarrett and Konnan out and restore order to TNA.

The Legendary Chavo of course but of course ;D oh god, it probably will be Chavo. the real question isn't "whose the leader', it's "who gives a shit?". I can't remember the last time so much time was dedicated to an angle that was met with this much apathy (not hate, apathy).
