Guys, think about it. Year long title runs, main events where both wrestlers know about 10 moves between them, stupid gimmicks, squash matches.
The WWE has come full circle from 1985!!
So we only have to wait about 13 years for things to pick up again.
Only problem is, wrestling was POPULAR in 1985

Well, you know guys...I look back at this stuff from 1985/6 on WWE 24/7..stuff like TNT and Prime Time Wrestling. It was silly, sure...but one thing we cant forget...it was fun. Sometimes I think for the sake of wrestling purity, things like ROH with exist. But face it. WWE is WWE. They always will be. Have fun with it. Why do we mark out for the Boogeyman? Because it takes us back. It makes us feel like a kid again. To hear Tazz and Cole puthim over as someone not from this plane of existance, I get a little cold chill. It's time these guys became LARGER THAN LIFE. Now, I know Randy Orton needs some work on that, but I'd say we get a good mix.
